I met Dan a few times. Once we were just hanging out and he played this to me and my friend. It hit me like a truck. I loved it So sad to hear of his passing. Your video will always remind me of that evening. Thank you. RIP Dan Sartain, you lovely warm funny generous man.
that’s a lovely memory. i never met Dan, but i found his music in middle school. when i heard he was gone i sobbed like a little kid. im glad this recording is on youtube but i can only imagine how great it would’ve been in person. RIP dan
