Looking at this again, the only thing I'd point out is that the brown of Mario's shoes seems a tad too dark. Maybe brighten them up?

Just finished replaying the game on the super gameboy. Will definitely replay this with the colorization on my ever drive! I love the color palette chosen. Hope there is as much variations with the sky color in different times of the day 👍🏻

Hopefully this will come out on January 1st 2025? 😂 🙏

It's so nuts that we were all amazed by Super Game Boy backgrounds and some Very light "colorization" released by a literal corporation of artists/developers etc., and then One person is just like, "yeah, but what if I just did everything a person would want?" Love these DX releases - hope it's enjoyable to work on them!

This is my all time favorite OG Gameboy game; can't wait to play it again in full blown color.

Hola Marc. Gracias por JS Patcher. Hay un problema con la versión 3.0. El boton para elegir rom funciona bien, pero cuando toco para elegir parche, se abre Archivos en mi iPhone pero los archivos ips aparecen en letra tenue, o sea que no se los puede elegir; no puedo parchear.

Ik im super late but god this is so awesome. I love the gb megaman games so damn much and this’ll make em so much more appealing to so many people, I’m especially hype for 4 DX, as 4 gb is probably my fav megaman game from a like level design and gameplay standpoint, but having it in color would elevate it so much, yall are doing amazing work ❤

I always felt like this style of mario game worked so well for the gameboy systems. Smaller levels to make the smaller screens easier to work with, yet they are still fun and challenging.

I already loved the super Gameboy colors but you just took it beyond

Wonder why MM4 is taking so loing after the 1-5 are done. I played them love them and keep playing them. Some of the best megaman games ever!

What’s the plan for graphics that already have super game boy colors? Will the be left as-is, redone, or a mix of both? Also, will the patched rom work like those GBC games that also work on regular game boy? And will the title screen be changed to have “DX” on it? I’d personally rather it be left as-is (not regarding colors) rather than adding a DX to the title.

How do you add these hacks? I have the ROM for the game but I don't know how to add the color thing

Bad news, Romhacking has been closed down after 20 years. Once you start colorizing and finish colorizing Mega Man World 4 DX, you won't be able to submit it there. Do you have a Plan B?

When I played MM World 3 in 1993, I had no idea it would become one of my favorite games of all time. 31 years later, you have fulfilled my lifelong wish to play it in color. Excellent job! Can't wait for World 4 and DK!

I'm all in on this. I have homebrew DX color versions of Super Mario Land, Metroid II and Kid Dracula and they do not dissapoint.

A childhood dream, brought to life. Bravo.

What could of been a port of an arcade game, became one of the most ambitious games on Game Boy to date! And with that, I can see how colorizing the game would require a bit of time. But I look forward to trying it out!

This looks soooo good! I love these new DX-like hacks, they really do bring new life to old GB classics, and this one had it's own Super Gameboy colorization before, which felt like nothing compared to how good this looks. Keep the awesome work!
