Embark on an unforgettable Mangrove Tour in Langkawi! This journey took us deep into the heart of nature, where we encountered wild animals up close, explored hidden caves, and even enjoyed a riverside meal of fresh seafood! Here’s everything you need to know about this amazing experience, from costs to must-see spots along the way:
🌄 King Kong Mountain
Our tour began with a stop at the famous King Kong Mountain, where a unique rock formation resembling a giant gorilla rises from the mangrove forest! It’s the perfect backdrop for incredible photos.
🦅 Eagle Spot
Next, we made our way to the Eagle Spot, where the guide tossed chicken skins into the water, drawing in a swarm of majestic eagles. Watching these powerful birds swoop down to hunt was an unforgettable sight and a reminder of the beauty of observing animals in their natural habitat.
🐒 Monkey Point
At Monkey Point, we fed playful monkeys who hopped right onto our boat! It was a close and thrilling encounter, showing just how curious and intelligent these creatures can be in their natural environment.
🕸️ Crocodile Cave
After Monkey Point, we stopped at Crocodile Cave. While no crocodiles live here, the cave's structure is fascinating to explore as we passed through a narrow passage surrounded by mangroves.
🦇 Bat Cave
We then ventured into the Bat Cave, where hundreds of bats hung above us! This quick trek inside was a unique experience and an up-close look at these nocturnal creatures.
🌿 Mangrove Conservation
Our guide explained the importance of mangroves in protecting shorelines, providing a habitat for diverse wildlife, and supporting marine life. It was an eye-opening part of the tour that highlighted the ecological value of these forests.
🍽️ Riverside Seafood Restaurant
Finally, we stopped at a riverside restaurant where we could select fresh fish right from the tank, which was then cooked to perfection! The food was the perfect end to a day filled with adventure.

Great work❤
Thanks a lot dearr
I appreciate you habibi❤
Thanks broo
afaik, its not hidden charges. all hospitals charge for that stuff… you ask about the drip, they answer about the drip… they do not intentionally hide the cost from you.. if you are not satisfied, we do have “tribunal for customer claims”.. make your report, then they will investigate or you..
Yes i asked receptionist who had complete price list She said me X price and later gave me Y price
Wow amazinG
Thanks
You went to IJN Hospital or Cardiovascular Hospital.. of course they didn't have treatment for your children. You should have gone too Government Hospital. They are affordable and provide better treatment. Private Hospital sure to cost more and they charge everything. Most Malaysian know the hidden cost, it is normal for private hospital. Maybe you should take Travelling Insurance after this incident.
thank you for the comment - yes it was our first day we told to uber driver to take us to nearest pediatric hospital, he dropped us Cardiovascular Hospital - government hospital said there is 3 hours waiting time - About hidden cost we weren't aware as we are from Bahrain and fortunately no private hospital does this here - Insurance 100% next time
I have travelled to more than 15 countries so far never felt the necessity to take travel insurance. The best is never take any medicines in case you get sick just do juice fasting and relax. No hospital are good. Take with you a good immunity booster the best is natural honey. Stay safe and healthy
Thanks for the comment yes we too carry meds , but fever wasn't down ! part of travel experience
In Miri they only gave me rm430 for my USD$100😢😢😢
ooh that's sad
Medical fees is not like buying a car with a predetermined price. Nobody can give an accurate quote without knowing what your full problems are before hand. I had hernia, confirmed hernia....quoted a price and my final operation and treatment fee was in fact ½ of the quoted sum because there were no complications.
Thanks for the comment no we went to biling department / reception she had access to price list , she wasn't telling us when we asked her , we asked for Iv , for blood report , she said Iv is cheap only 3$ but in reality it was more with equipment cost (we never asked the total cost )
@@Muhanna_Ghanemof course to get Iv, the cost would be as stated but how many needles you used, how many cotton swabs to put in the I V will be included....
Just be grateful everyone is save and sound. Alhamdulillah. It could have been worse. It's your rizq brother.
Yes AlhamduAllah thanks bro
its the private hospital of course everything will be charge..and the nurses of course dont know the actual price of a single thing .One thing always bare in mind kids are so fragile
Thank you for the comment Private hospitals in Gulf dont have individual cost for bed, syringe etc when asked they will tell 10$ for IV and that is the final price there receptionist had access to price list , she said for example IV is 3 $ but actually it was more including equipment price she said blood report for certain amount in reality it was more with needle and cotton an d gloves cost !!
في حفظ الله
" الله ورعايته. أتمنى لك كل الخير والسلام."
To me rm 1100 is cheaper than what i had to pay rm 4000 in private treatment last year.. ok la..👍
1100 rm was per child not for both. But the hidden charges are the issue
@Muhanna_Ghanem for us, it was ok cheaper than our neighborhood countries
Right👍

Thankyou for the comment
You should have taken travel insurance. You already had flu and passed to your kids. You create your own mess, dont blame Malaysia private hospital.
First understand then talk, the issue is the Hidden charges which is the scam. This information is for the people who are blessed and medical service for them is free in thier own country. They should know about such hidden charges which the receptionist did not tell
*If my kids are very sick, I wud hv cut short my holidqy and just flown to Bombay to get cheap medical treatment. What is money, right...??? Health is more precious.*
Absolutely agree, health always comes first, especially when it comes to our kids. But flying back to Bombay just for cheaper treatment? When a child is sick, their well-being and timely care are the top priorities, no matter the cost. Plus, have you thought about the added stress, time, and expenses of flight tickets back and forth? handling it where we are means they can get treated quickly and we can continue the trip once they’re better. It’s all part of the journey-we want them to learn resilience and how to manage through challenges. 😊
Any private hospital could not tell exactly how much would you be charged in emergency cases like yours. They can only quote a base price at the early stage of receiving patient which later be calculated other charges when they hv done final costing etc. I think the word scam is a bit too much because you did not understand how the hospital billing in details. Yes…every tiny puny little thing would be included into the bill including those gloves they were using while treating you. They hv to earn a healthy profit in order to give excellent services. If you pay nuts, you will get monkeys…surely you dont want that with the lives of your loved ones. You’re lucky that treatments were sought only when landed in Malaysia. If you had to admit your children in Singapore, you would hv to pay 10 times higher than what you hv paid in Malaysia. Count your blessings brother.
first of All Alhumdulliah , Thanks to Allah you said count your Blessings > "I am from a country where Medical is Free we don't have insurance or any such things" and spending more money is not the issue hidden Charges which accumulates more than 50% is a scam lets say you are the Receptionist 1 i asked you how much Does normal IV drip costs? Total with Tax > will you know this answer or no ?? 2 how much does Influeza test cost ? > will you know or not ?? thats what i asked there is no Rocket science here example If the answer is 100 RM >> so u know max 10 % up or down is fine not 70% 1. IV drips with all consumables will be a standard rate Hope you understand the basics any add on is a different story
@ You’ve said that those charges including gloves, needles etc were included into the itemised billing and in that statement shown that they have been through with their billing.Hidden cost but been itemised. They may hv imposed exorbitant charges on the bill but you could not get the exact amount of hospital charges upfront prior to treatment because they do not yet know what kinda utensils, equipment or medicines to be used on the patient. The doctor needs to diagnose and give prognosis after seeing patients and list down all amenities used to the billing department. The items charges included all services that have entailed the treatment. At the reception…the nurses or the person in charge there could only give you the estimation cost. Most private hospitals used independent doctors that charge separately for their services. Each specialist has their own private clinic in that particular hospital but using the hospital brand as their brand instead of using their own clinic. These doctors would hv to pay their “landlord” for the use of the premises, use of Xtray machine or Mri, warded patients using the hospital beds and even the operation theatre. So…the reception/nurse could not give the absolute cost before the treatment. The word scam should be used with caution because medical tourism in Malaysia is well regulated and one of the biggest contributors to our economy. Wrong perception created by ignorant people may give bad reputation to our gleaming medical reputation.
Bro if emergency you can asked hotel receptionist to helping you and they will helping you on the spot.... Make sure you buy insurance which country covered to visit... Bro...we boycott israhell products... KFC, Pizza, Starbucks and many more.... I want to subscribe but when you go eating at pizza I cancel back.... Bon appetit n have fun😢
Hi dear Thanks for the comment 1. Hotel people did not have much idea ? near by clinics were closed 2. insurance is something i will take next time > let me explain >>"I am from a country where Medical is Free we don't have insurance or any such things" so Insurance is not something that clicks at the first 3. I am Muslim > You should check my INSTAGRAM : Muhanna Ghanem --- Have have raised and made several videos on this tooo 4. We too boycott Israeli products, but when u are occupied with so many things some time u miss
RM1100 for all cost for 2 kids in private hospital?!?! that cost you alot! 😱😱oh my.... better you go to our government hospital if things like this happen again in the future... we Malaysian only pay RM1.00 for the hospital fee, but i'm not sure the fee for foreigners...
thank you so much. :)
For 2 person rm1100, it's very cheap for private hospitals
Hi dear the concern is not about the MONEY ? its about the hidden Charges lets say you are the Receptionist 1 i asked you how much Does normal IV drip costs? Total with Tax > will you know this answer or no ?? 2 how much does Influeza test cost ? > will you know or not ?? thats what i asked there is no Rocket science here example If the answer is 100 RM >> so u know max 10 % up or down is fine not 70% 1. IV drips with all consumables will be a standard rate Hope you understand the basics any add on is a different story
@@Muhanna_Ghanem Hidden charges are normal at hospitals even in US. The receptionist would not know. When you go to the hospitals, you would get many different bills. Even doctors wouldn't know, let alone a receptionist. Hospitals hire people to handle billing because they deal with many different type of insurancce.
@@Muhanna_Ghanem in future pls buy travel insurance, then there isn't any need for you to ask for everything to be itemised. Fyi no hospital can give exact amount. You are lucky it happen in Msia, the final amount payable is super cheap considering its a private hospital.
@jamsalleh7432 did you ask a question? what if some 1 does not have a travel insurance? The point here is not about the money Its about the hidden charges
Rm1100 it's cheap for private hospitals
*It was per child * but the main issue is the hidden charges
Normally the Nurses & Doctors in government hospital were not aware of the chargeable items, they were train to save life first. The Finance Section has all the princes.
Hi Dear, thanks for the comment The problem was with hidden costs, I asked the receptionist and they were not telling the the correct prices they would say X amount and later the Bill showed Z amount I made this video so other who are coming can be prepared for such situation
If you don't have a insurance cover you better go tu the government's hospital. That will cost you cheaper than private hospital
Hi Dear, thanks for the comment The problem was with hidden costs, I asked the receptionist and they were not telling the the correct prices they would say X amount and later the Bill showed Z amount I made this video so other who are coming can be prepared for such situation , I was in rush as per locals government hospital has long waiting time
That is the rates in private hospital. RM 800 - 1,000 in private hospital + medicine is cheap if u compare the cost in Europe, Spore, UK or US. Look like you are the cheap travellers & you tuber.
Thanks for your comment. I think you did not watch the full video. Hidden charges is the problem. They were not transparent about the cost. They say x amount and then the bill is Y amount
I cant belived you and your family didt have travel insuran... Yesssss some time we had to learn in hard lesson... Anyway may Allah bless u my brother wellcome to malaysia land of peace...
Hellooo mr . Do u think all the nurses handling the finance department also is it ??? Do u think flight attendants also can simply fly the aircraft ? Come on!! Next time go to government hospital . Of coz private will charge for everything everywhere in the world not only in Malaysia
Hi Dear, thanks for the comment The problem was with hidden costs, I asked the receptionist and they were not telling the the correct prices they would say X amount and later the Bill showed Z amount I made this video so other who are coming can be prepared for such situation Not all private hospitals work this way, They share a full price, Now 1 IV with gloves, injection, cloth bottle will cost 20 RM, so tell full price
welcome to Malaysia,havefun 🎈
Thank you! 😃
I think you've gone to HKL... That is a government hospital. Since you mentioned cardiovascular hospital (IJN) at first and they didn't take your case, and proceed you to the hospital nearby. Should've done your research, you may proceed to Prince court hospital, KPJ or Columbia Asia hospital. They open 24hrs also. But so glad the kids is okay. Gosh, I'm nervous watching them having a fever as I'm a mother of 2 kids. Do also take travel insurance and i wish you and your family happy holiday and welcome to Malaysia.
Hi Dear, thanks for the comment I went to a private hospital named Pantai Hospital The problem was with hidden costs, I asked the receptionist and they were not telling the the correct prices they would say X amount and later the Bill showed Z amount I made this video so other who are coming can be prepared for such situation I've traveled many times and never felt the need for travel insurance Yes, from now on, I’ll definitely be getting one! My Country Bahrain, Alhumdulliah we have Free Medical care, We don't require any Insurance and insurance does not come in head MashaAllah, Malaysia was a beautiful place to visit :) loved the stay here
@@Muhanna_GhanemOf course the receptionist never knows how much it costs! You never can blame them because they are only receptionists. Even the billing department will never know the real cost until we have finished our treatment.
@Muhanna_Ghanem 😭😭😭🤲 really you making me nervous watching your kids get sick. And also, so relieved everything was sorted out. Alhamdulillah... Oh, Pantai Medical... my, I'm so sorry that happened to you and your family, they should be more transparent about the price, since they are private hospital. And aah, that explains why you are so carefree about travel insurance... You are from Bahrain, a beautiful country i have traveled to so far. Welcome welcome, to Malaysia and enjoy your stay here. May everything go well and smoothly for you and your family.
@@Muhanna_GhanemPantai?? No wonder....
Should have stayed at the Airport hotel
When a child is sick, the priority is fast and immediate treatment rather than waiting around. Getting them the care they need right away is far more important.
Ya Allah....high fever in kids shld be taken as an emergency situation....without any tout....rush yr child to a (hospital)....not to a clinic...it wld be advisable to a hosoital hi fvrs in kids give me the chills....bcoz the hi temp is very dangerous to the brain
True, I went to a private hospital in Malaysia
Kamu patut pergi klinik biasa sahaja ....lebih murah...kamu pergi hospital pakar suasta...sebab itu lah mahal sangat...
I dont understand
You should go to the klinik don't need to go specialist hospital...it cheaper..
If your family have medical insurance and sick in other countries than the bill will be so high
Hi Dear, thanks for the comment The problem was with hidden costs, I asked the receptionist and they were not telling the the correct prices they would say X amount and later the Bill showed Z amount I made this video so other who are coming can be prepared for such situation I've traveled many times and never felt the need for travel insurance Yes, from now on, I’ll definitely be getting one! My Country Bahrain, Alhumdulliah we have Free Medical care, We dont require any Insurance and insurance does not click quickly Reply
You should try the 24 hour clinic instead of going to a private hospital.
Thanks for the comment At night when i check it was showing near many most of the clinics were closed, and Grab was nto working properly too, for cash option
Malaysians watching you eat pizza, and they go "whaaaaaaaat?"😏
Yup. I was like..hah?😢
Thanks for the comment Sure we too boycott, but traveling to a new place and finding restaurants with sick kids in some areas could get difficult What's your recommendations for restaurants in Langkawi ?
@@Muhanna_Ghanem no it's not about the boycot lol, just that you are in Malaysia, you should eat Malaysian traditional food, no worries, Kids love pizza, sometimes that's the only thing they eat right? I am just messing with you, Don't take everything people say here seriously, You children are beautiful!
