You are shure is dicalcived the pineal
The frequency of 963 Hz specifically is associated with the pineal gland. It is the same frequency of the Tibetan Singing Bowl and is used in sound therapy. It is important though that the meditation is accompanied by other spiritual practices and lifestyle changes, some of which are mentioned in the description. For us, we are using it during our daily meditation. Please also place your attention on the third eye (the entry of the pineal gland) during this meditation. All the best with your practices.
