Cauliflower stems are delicious and can be cooked many ways. Stems take longer to process so do them separately from the florets. It saves a lot of waste.

You were wildly misinformed on how Round-up Ready corn & beans work. They do not genetically contain glyphosate. They are engineered to be able to withstand glyphosate so when a field is sprayed with it, the weeds die, but not the corn. Glyphosate is applied, it is not contained within the seeds and plant on it's own.

The actual bones, themselves, contain absolutely no collagen. It comes from the protective pads of cartilage on the ends of the bones, from connective tissue used to connect two bones together, from little scraps of skin that might be leftover from the butchering process, in the case of certain animals...But none from the actual bones, themselves. Furthermore, getting it from grass-fed cows is just a gimmick to get you to spend more. Collagen can come from cows that aren't grass-fed, too...and even from all sorts of animals that aren't cows at all.

I was listening to this episode and had so much resistance 😂 I wanted to fight you on the idea that there’s nothing out there that can help “fix” you … I did finish listening and understood the final message about the answers being inside of us and our body. I get it. It’s hard to hear especially when one has spent so much time and money trying to make oneself better. And while I agree that it’s inside of us it is extremely helpful to explore different diets, exercises, meditation, remedies, therapies, etc to figure yourself out… I almost feel like it’s part of the process when you begin to find your way back to yourself.. peace with all that is… thoughts?

Hi Lindsey I appreciate you sharing such insightful information! I’m in my mid-thirties and have been dealing with hair loss and thinning, which has been quite challenging. My nails are incredibly soft and barely grow, and I’m also struggling with significant inflammation from knee osteoarthritis. On top of that, I have a lumbar disc prolapse with radiculopathy, leading to constant back pain. Simple daily tasks feel like a real battle, and even just lying down or getting up has become a struggle. Pain is a constant companion in my life, and despite trying various collagen products, fish oils, evening primrose oil, vitamin D, and many essential daily supplements from H&B, I haven’t noticed any improvements. I'm now ready to explore some powder options, either the gelatine of collagen and would love any recommendations you might have. Thank you! Many thanks

You can use these jars for canning. After filling completely with hot broth in *clean* glasses, simply lay the lid on top, and place several filled glasses in a big pot with hot water. Place the lid on the pot and heat it. Have the water boil slightly for 30 minutes. Then close the lids on the glasses and let everything cool down. So just let it sit. When cooled down, take glasses out of the pot and place them in your pantry. 😊

And it would be very, very helpful if you turned on the closed caption so I can read what you're saying. Thank you very much. It's very difficult for me to read your lips. Board certified clinician here… I’m sorry but the heavy metals are so high in a vast majority of these supplements. This brand has arsenic. Levels in different brands have been tested and are publicly available online. Heavy metals cause joint pain and people then take more hoping it will help; therefore, perpetuating the cycle. Heavy metals are in these because of the production process and it’s derived from where the animal deposits its own consumed heavy metals. I wish people did more research before blindly recommending trendy products.

Rotator cuff ha my right arm not just with the inability to move but also a lot of pain, It was about 2 months in that I knew it was working. Actually took about 18 months before I could throw a rock. Been great for 7-8 years now. No surgery. My other shoulder starting bothering me and collagen did not help. Switch to one that has Type I, II, III, IV and V. Both shoulders are great.
