In my mazda 6 skyactiv 2017 itdoesnt work that way.When i connected like that there is no sound from aux..So i have to connect it from preamp aux harness into head unit.Problem when connected static interference ground loop noise pop up..I did litle bit of digging and the main cause of the ground loop noise is that the Stock OEM bose system using differential input and output so is completelly free of floor noise when you listening on OEM screen..When you switch into android and connect the two RCA from adroid head unit into pre AMP then thaat create the noise because the Android HU has separate loom and using Single ended output because is cheap!..At the moment im trying to figue if there is solution for that to fix it!..So far i know you can not connect differential signal into single ended as result of ground loop noise.

Why does this unit delete Google Maps downloaded offline maps? They are available for a short time then the unit deletes them and you have to download it/them again...

Hello! I have changed the Canbus in my Mazda 6 2017 model and also bought new screen, 12.3 inch. From the new Canbus its 2 usb whos suppose to connect behind new screen but the problem is that its only has one connection. The joypad/knob doesnt work at all, have had this problem and have any sulotion?

HI, I purchase the same model with dual camera. the problem is WIFI from the DVR is disconnecting every 30secs when powered ON. so that I am not able to download the video from DVR. Also, I enabled Guard function for 12HRs, even though the camera will OFF after 3 Mins.

How to get out of boot loop? The radio worked fine, but one day it ended up in a boot loop. How is it possible to do some kind of restore? When I press the reset pin from side hole, it just does a reset and freezes to the logo again. TS10 in CX-3 2019

I installed an AUX and got sound now. But the problem now is that there’s no sound from the door speakers. Only dashboard speakers are playing. I checked equalizer and sound source. Everything’s normal.

I have no sounds in the door speakers. Bose system. Any idea why? Only music playing on the dashboard speakers.

Hey can you make a new video this is the best head unit on the market. I have everything put in so it seems. The original operation system will not work on my new 10.25inch screen. Any tips for this problem. I had ghost touch and infinite reset before this install but I’m almost positive it has been updated recently
