Looks like your rear wheels are off center.. id losen the nuts on the rear axle and tap it on the right side to move the axle and tires and sprocket to the left💯

if you are not a mechanic, welder, electrician...stay with the big names. these things are fidgety. but like everything, they require maintenance. i got 2 db dirt bikes and two 125 atv's the other week for free, pm'd them. put on new carbs and did one head job on the db14, and all are running fine. They cant take the abuse from a larger person, but you can get your moneys worth out of them if you take care and know what you are doing. if you dont know... TH-cam it. there is likely a video on here that will help you.

mine just started doing this going uphill only on my 2004 yamaha grizzly..my dad bought it used ..it goes fine straight and other things once its warmed up it doesnt seem to do it. maybe ts a deeper issue i heard the belt could be worn or soemthing i cna look at it on a nice day

omg brotha please get a honda or yamaha. i cant believe you took that apart that would drive me nuts. that whole frame is probably bent because its not reinforce correctly at all. its made like a metal box which is bad thyey should of made it in a triangle shape.

Wow! Exactly the problem I'm having. The gear was not straight. It was actually scraping up against another part. I figured because the chain did not come in contact with the area where it was scraping, it would not be an issue. But, the chain continued to come off. Had to return mine :(

i got 3 Chinese machines for kids, they are definitely no honda, yamaha, Suzuki etc!! I'd think the biggest problem is that chian stretches way too fast, get rid of it and put a quality o-ring chain on!! they vidrate bad, make knocking noises driveing it!(battery have no hold down!!) !thing's alaway getting loose, had one blow head gasket because head bolts where not torqued right,( inportant you retorqe head bolts right out of box before first run!!!) there are junk at end of day, but for price for kids to beat around property, they do the job well, honda quads same size are stupid money that im not going to pay!!!

Would it be possible to put the sprocket on the left side axle for a motor swap?

I have the same bike but having a problem with the sprocket wobbles. Could it just need a new hub ?

Any idea what would cause engine shake? I have the same engine GY6 it’s shaking when it’s put in drive and causing the rear end to shake as well. Once you start moving it stops.

The axle is in backwards, one side is longer than the other so if it’s in backwards your chains gonna pop fr and grind. Take it out, flip it 180, reinstall, good to go

They are good starter four wheelers they will fall apart fairly quickly we had three of them and sold all of them due to having issues all the time the carburetor seems to act up and nuts and bolts like to vibrate themselves loose loctite will be your best friend😂

Those Chinese gy6 motors are trash and so are the Chinese frames, only Chinese motorcycles I’d buy are the pit bikes and four wheelers with the CT90/ATC engines. They also make ATC 200 and 250 OHV that are based off of the Honda motors as well.

China is paying us back for outing them for COVID-19 and swine flu, bird flu and any other animal flu or health issues known to humanity.

Just acquired a Baja 150 and this helped. Just trying to give it a refresh because it is needed.

I have the same problem with my coolster 110cc, i bought this atv new for my 5 yr old and the quad makes a noise when you spin the wheels. I inspected the chain and noticed that as I turn the back wheels, it tightens for half of turn, and than loosens up. It also has a back rack and it looks crooked from the frame.... i guess we get what we pay for ;/

The rear axle is not square to the frame. The chain is not tracking properly. Poor design.

I have seen many 110cc and smaller 125cc atvs with cracked frames near the footrests. Also, my friend had its 125 atv rear swing arm snap in half while going 30 mph.
