Hey Hey. 👋🏾 They allowed us to drop off our luggage when we first arrived and “check-in”, but some of the guests with our party didn’t get their key right away They allowed us to go eat (for free) and explore the property, if we desired. By the time we finished eating, the rooms were ready.- My roommate and I upgraded to Star Class and Bonvoy (Marriott) so we had slightly earlier access to the room, which were ready upon B our arrival.

Absolutely! I have the DJI mini 3 (with the built in screen on the controller), but I wish I purchased the the DJI mini 3 pro or 4, specifically for the easy subject tracking feature (which you can do with the mini 3, but you have to adjust settings) and most importantly, the object avoidance feature. I have crashed this drone so many times into trees, which could have mostly been prevented with that feature. I paid about $700 for the drone plus a little extra for 2 yr insurance. In addition to that I ended up purchasing extra batteries. I love it because the videos are 4K, It's compact and lightweight, so I don't need a license to fly, and it has been allowed in all of the countries I have traveled to, the batteries last me about 25-30 min a piece, it has a geo locator avail in case you lose it (became very helpful for me once.) How long did you all stay? What was your favorite part of the resort?-Yes, that nature walk was everything. I had such a good time there.

I want to say it was about $200, but I know the price can vary based on the length of your stay and where your room is located (i.e. Hideaway vs Non-Hideaway)

Hi Vanessa! 👋🏽 Please, ask all the questions you want. I did not get it in the pool, but some of the folks I traveled with did, and they loved it. They were in there for hours.--Not much of a lively vibe at the pool, but the views are beautiful. The location of this hotel was perfect as the beach and food were so close.

@sharonpollard9954 I'm sorry to hear that but I'm not surprised. I world say, consider giving Royalton as a brand, another chance. I started at Royalton Bavaro twice and NEVER had any issues. It may just be this location. Regardless, it's unacceptable.

Thank you for watching. ❤ I loved the fact that they have lots of daily activities which they share on the TVs in your room. The pools and pool bars close around dusk, so the only action they have in that area is food. However, the main building offers bars, more restaurants, live shows at night, outdoor movies, silent headphone parties and a club. I would say that by 12:30am or so the resort is pretty quiet to observe quiet hours for all the guests. When’s your birthday?

@@edenchasers thank you for responding! My birthday is in February. I'm torn between Planet Hollywood and Riu Palace, they both seem so far away from excursions and other things

@@LM-ye5dd What kind of excursions are you thinking about? One thing I can recommend is if you want to do excursions, you need to stay at least 5-7 days (7 is preferred). It allows you to enjoy the resort and to venture into the local area. --RIU is going to be more of a "turn up" spot than Planet Hollywood .

@edenchasers I certainly was thinking of doing at least 5 days. A few excursions i looked into was the Ponderosa Adventure Park, ziplining, mud bath/hot springs, atvs or the tubing slide

Thanks for the feedback. It was some major weather related storm that cause destruction to the property, and cause and issue with tourism just before we arrived. I believed they said it was a tsunami, but maybe you are correct, and it was something else. :)
