I recently turned vegan about 3 yrs ago or so and I’m one of the strongest guys at my gym! They’re all a bunch of haters once they find out I’m fueled by plant proteins. The change for me came once we were working outside a slaughterhouse in PA, watching the livestock trailers roll in almost every 3 minutes was heart wrenching, hearing them squealing, screaming and thrashing around the trailers was to much for me to bear. I was ashamed to be a part of it and how barbaric humans can be. You’re giving me more drive 👊

@@BodybuildingVeganTV let's face it the science that backs up veganism garbage most of the time and at the antidotal the real benefits of switching to an all vegetable diet are mainly based on the fact you're no longer eating junk lol not necessarily that the vegetables fixed you but the lack of junk did and the same goes for the carnivore diet lol if you eat like shit and then only eat one thing you're getting rid of all the shit lol it's not that meay only or vegetable only is great you just got rid of the bad lol you have the damn near be a food engineer to put together a meal to get complete proteins on a vegan diet not to mention there's nowhere on earth we're all the things you would need to have a complete vegan diet would be in one place so basically no one in human history has ever done that shit till now so it's probably not what we have to evolved to do lol
