I did not know the history of this and I've been saying it for a very long

I've been listening to this for so long that I know the words except more towards the end I don't cuz I usually fall asleep at that lol. This video and part 1 have given me so much comfort I actually have the CD and have had it on my computer and my phone for 20 years. It's been a real comfort to me. And running into it today has been a blessing and definitely not by accident. It is actually the most comforting thing that I've ever listened to

I have been listening to this meditation for at least 15 years maybe 20. I had to get into my computer to test some speakers and I see it in there and I'm almost ready to cry because I used to listen to it when I went to sleep all the time. Especially when I'm stressed it's very very comforting. And I've been really going through a lot lately and I'm so happy to find it again especially online cuz then I can use my phone and listen to it in bed. 🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤😢😭 Thank you Cherie for posting this!
