I'll try to keep up consistency in the future though!

@ChrisTravels- was leg, knee room really sufficient for your height... I don't want to have leg/ back troubles on 8hr flight ,(my height 5'10")

I went to Chicago from Heathrow back in September 2022 and queued for just over an hour at US customs. I went to New York last year via Dublin and they have US pre clearance which meant no customs check upon arrival. Brilliant.

couldn't tell you to be honest, I've flown on many before but the last a380 flight I went on before this was in 2017 so can't really remember

I've been to London 6/7 times, always on BA and always BA296 there and BA295 back. On my way home last time, June 2022, I got to fly the A380 and I was upgraded to Premium Economy...It was fantastic.
That sounds brilliant, the Premium Economy section looks quite nice

Always found ba’s transatlantic breakfasts to be pretty bad. When I flew back from ny in 2019 I was offered a slice of burger cheese and a slice of tomato in a soggy croissant- very sub par!

Looked a reasonable flight food looked good especially being on an economy ticket, I've generally found BA to be good unfortunately some of their aircraft are getting very dated on my last trip before Covid to DC was out from LHR on a 23 year old refurbished 747 that was really good the return leg was on a 20 year old non refurbished 747 that was pretty grim, since then A380 in business pretty good and short haul A320.
yeah wasn't a terrible flight to be fair, heard mixed things about BA so was satisfied

I have to say, I couldn’t stop being concerned about the black on the wings - it looked as if there had been fire. What is that?!
just dirt from air pollution, often see it on planes that have flown around countries like india

To be fair that's the old style interior, the new ones including toilets are a lot better.
yeah this flight was originally supposed to be on an a350 so i was a bit gutted that I didn't get to try that out
Pretty poor overall. No beverage service prior to meal service and certainly not up to Do&Co food on other airlines. Snack before landing was paltry. Even American carriers do a better last service. BA have certainly improved enormously in Business class regarding food and drink. BA is clearly very measly in economy long haul. Any carrier not doing an after take off beverage service on day flights obviously has a problem. Either not enough crew or crew just don’t bother….

I’m surprised with that customs form a lot of people I know have not filled them out on their flights of recent
they just took the form off me past baggage claim, never even looked at it lol

great video. How many people were wearing masks on your flight
On this flight I don't remember seeing anyone wearing a mask but my section of the cabin was almost empty
I would have liked to see a little more of the cabin and not quite so close. And it would make it easier to read the subtitles if you underlayed them with grey. But I appreciate your report. I was scheduled to fly on the upper deck of an A 380 im May 2020 and we all know how that worked out. I hope to get the chance eventually.

couldn’t tell you unfortunately, never tried Premium Economy with BA
I didn't have a good experience recently. The 787 economy armrest topcover was missing. We could look inside and see the wires and cables. Given it was unusable, we had to wrap a blanket around it.... to rest our arms.. not a good look BA.

I'm surprised you didn't show the mess at customs at ORD. Took me over an hour to get thru 3 weeks ago. Same both times I've come back to the states thru ORD.
can’t remember how long it took for me but I didn’t find it too bad haha
Flew on British Airways once. Plane stunk to high heavens. Grateful that my overseas flying is over.
