I kept watching the intro and laughing

Light bitcrush and distort that bass on the mix, maybe a slight bit more up tempo'd be pretty sweet... I'd "cut the tails"off the bass a hair so they stay punchy the whole note. I'm feeling a melodic clap breakdown for some reason. I'd sit the non drum percussion ya got sprinkled in a little more proud, really contrasts the eerieness in the air perfect. Ghostface or SeanPrice would body on some nightmare ish allover this haha.

Since this video is a year old I'm sure by now you should know that when using reverse you need to drag the bottom flag to select the entire sample to be played revered while playing forward. Then you can play the exact key you want to play in reverse.

You can usually easily find the key by ear, even if not massively musical. Just key your keyboard until you find the root note of the key. Decide whether it has a Major or Minor feel and you'll have the scale (even if a mode, you'll be most of the way there).
