@@madvillemotorsportsTN This “crooked 4x4” project only got worse from there! I went back (Taylor’s Do it center, where nothings cheap but they are closer…. NEVER AGAIN SATAN!!!) Got 2x6’s to build bases for them to help hide the bends and bows. Had perfect 45’s cut and it looked real good, along with helped distract the obvious 4x4 issues. 2 days later the wood shrunk so much that it created over an inch gap at the long end of the 45’s. A FRIGGEN INCH!!! (It was super hot for a few days and then we had torrential downpours, I’m guessing that really did a number on it.) Lol literally pulled a screw all the way though the wood. I’ve probably got $100 to $200 in each of the $29.99 lights….. lmao (hey but seriously thanks for letting me vent and having an understanding response)🤘😎🤘

@@briancarroll. geeezus. That’s insane. I’d have a meltdown. Hold them responsible for labor and materials. These companies aren’t kiln drying their wood long enough if even at all ! Anytime I’m always here ! 😆

@@madvillemotorsportsTN The store worker came over to help, as I was hoping they had more lumber. He literally said “ok please remember we don’t cut or select the wood that gets shipped here so go easy on us…..” (or something to that effect. I was like, why is it that so much of the wood I get here is basically worthless? He just look all dumbfounded at me and was said “it’s just what we get” and shrugged his shoulders. I could tell they probably get cussed out quite a bit over their crappy lumber, but that’s the gamble vs the extra hour drive time….. eshhhh lol All in all they turned out pretty good. I decided to embrace “THE SUCK” and did a pretty heavy burnt look (sorry the technical term is evading me at the moment….) then finished them with several coats of high gloss polyurethane. Gives it that “Ole Western Bang bang shoot out town look”. Wife digs um and that’s really all that matters anyways lol

@@briancarroll. hell ya that’s the looks I love too. We call it “The Burn” 🔥 it looks amazing. We’re all about barnwood. Farmhouse. Rustic. Old Timey looks. I just designed my Man Cave and Bar and bathroom etc. I’m almost done. Keep up with the channel and you’ll see the finish product this year. It’s about 80% done. It’s more decorating now.

@@ocularpressure4558 it will I run 100% gas in all smaller engines. Sometimes I run lower octane but no ethanol in smaller engines cas it damages internals
