Kestral lancer really stepped up the music from the base game. Don't get me wrong, there are some bangers from the base game, but the DLC was another level.

This kicks SO much ass

This is my favorite track in the game. It has that perfect beat for striding around the battlefield in my Marauder felling pirates and less reputable mercs with PPC lightning and UAC5 shells. Not to mention the part from 3:11 to 3:42 just sounds so badass.

I really dig the names for the tracks for Solaris, with names like 'The Traveller' and 'The Cosmic Betrayer' they sound like show-wrestling names to hype up the crowd of the Solaris arenas with made up story-lines and inter-performer beef. Sean went hard on this one.

Currently doing the Solaris DLC now and on the first mission and this was playing. Also, wow Mason is actually speaking this time, I don't think he even spoke In Kestrel Lancers, Rasalhague, and Dragon's Gambit. Kinda bittersweet, since he's going on about how he's old but can still kick ass.

This is my favourite music from mechwarrior 5 because of the fact that is just slaps and that it was in the final mission of rise of rasalhague and the part at 6:20 that always plays when you encounter the hero Hatamoto-Chi and the pile of reinforcements. I was piloting my stalker when me and my bruised lance engaged in a BRUTAL fight and the music got all epic, I lost a leg and was crawling around the battlefield moments from exploding! I was willing on my pile of scrap metal that used to be a mech, and I won, it was incredible! I later put quad SRM 6 launchers on it and named it "maelstrom"

I remember my favorite mission ever was played to this song. MANY Cyclopes were harmed in the making, easily 2 dozen or so. Probably going to upload it...

I had to have my brother break down this track for me because I had been curious on what they used for the opening. Track opens up with a synthesizer in sawtooth wave form. He believes the drums were done on an electronic set just based on how it can cut out. The bass and guitar are all actual instruments and not done on a soundboard.
