I can almost see it going as such: After seeing their beloved master committing increasingly worse atrocities against humans and Pokemon alike, Braixen abandons them, hoping to find a way to stop them. However, now that Braixen is the only remaining Pokemon in the world, and their former master is the only remaining human, they close their heart to them, causing them to become a Shadow Pokemon. However, even as they do, there's still a faint, lingering hope that maybe, just MAYBE, if there was still ANYTHING left of the master they once loved in there somewhere, seeing their once beloved Pokemon willingly becoming a Shadow Pokemon might be able to draw it out and allow them to shake off whatever evil force they had taken on. However, as Braixen and their former master fight, and as their former master genuinely tries to kill them, Braixen realizes something: Their master's gone, there IS nothing of them left in there. Not only that, but they've BEEN gone for a good while, meaning Braixen no longer knows where their master's choices ended and the puppeteering of their body by this malevolent force began. Until now, Braixen had been able to resist the corruption of being a Shadow Pokemon, as that lingering hope their master could be reached out to still remained. But now... now, Braixen is finding it harder and harder to resist that darkness as they're overcome with an immense, burning hatred for whatever malevolent power was puppeteering the now soulless husk that was once their master...

I thought of how you could get to this point. -defeat at least 20 of every Pokemon that can spawn in the wild -beat every trainer in the region except the league -get your team to level 100 -go to wherever the box legendary is and kill it. This will make your level go beyond 100. -head to the entrance of the Pokemon league -this fight happens. Good luck, you psycho.

Will there be a continuation? If so, it could be the Braxien using power it didn't normally have, like other types of moves, or being the types it's not supposed to, and unusually glitchy attacks. And even having extra power like Mega Evolutions do. Since this kinda makes me think they're being corrupted, somehow. Sounds like a possible Phase 2 to me. If not, then is the Mega Evolution Energy that Braxien used taking a toll on them? Another possible but more unlikely phase 2, would be that the Braxien fights on despite this. Hell if I know if there COULD be a Phase 2, I'm just throwing ideas.
