Nice video Cooperations. Just keep in mind, this controller board just does one thigs. The device determines when the minimum battery level is placed below a preset level, when this level of voltage on the battery poles is passed, a relay (max 20A) connects charging voltage to the battery. This prevents the battery's pole voltages from passing the lowest permitted level which allows the battery to be recharged. And the same occurs when the battery is fully charged to the pre-set level, the charging voltage is disconnected and overcharging with a damaged battery is avoided. However, the device has absolutely no control over the charging current of the battery, normally 10%-20% of total battery capacity. If the charging current is to be regulated, as must always be done when charging a battery that is being charged, a converter with Constant Current (CC) must be used. It is important to be aware that this unit is only part of the parts of what is needed when charging batteries.

I've not had issues where the screen freezes but mine stops charging frequently especially on days with broken cloud where the sun is going from full power to very low when it goes behind clouds then suddenly spiking up again. I monitor mine with a raspberry pi and graph the stats over time and I often notice the output sipkes to about 14.7 volts just before it shuts off even though the battery is still not full. The only way to start it again is to disconnect the panels and reconnect them (or wait for night time) but it's really annoying if you don't notice it happen because you're either expecting to have a full battery and then don't or if you happen to have a load plugged in that just drains the battery instead of getting solar from the panels and if not caught in time that could easily dischage the battery to dangerous levels. I've a feeling I killed my origial Lead Acid battery this way but now I have LiFePO4 I really wish that would stop happening because that could get expensive. Tempted to replace it with a Renogy since my panels and battery are Renogy and they seem OK but that means rewriting the software to monitor it but I certainly wouldn't buy another EPever. I've had this happen twice today and as a result only put 10% charge in my battery. I've just set up a notification that checks to see if the battery is less than 99% and the PV voltage is full open circuit voltage so it sends me a telegram message but that only works if I have cell coverage but at least it's something.

Does this thing have a lot of kickback to the board? My hand-operated ones would sometimes kickback and cause the soldering iron to nick and damage the board. My other concern is the collection of hot solder inside the bellows may eventually damage the rubber. Can you show the inside of the bellows? For your example you only have to cut the power on off on the main side to demonstrate, switching the incoming power on both switches makes it seem less automatic.

I have posted several videos here on TH-cam to let people know that these Lvyuan brand devices are bad and bad quality. I have two pieces, the Green series and the Blue series. 12V/220V. 4000W/ 8000W peak. my devices cannot carry a 200W-300W load. It shuts down, has problems, beeps and the red LED lights up. So completely useless. I paid $244/pc. They are rubbish. After I bought this Lvyuan brand, I found out that it is not good for anything and I should have bought Esun brand. I can't link all speakers to TV . I have the grey bit in the headphone jack on TV . So I get two speakers working with sub .. I have the square adapter thing and looking on TH-cam shows the green grey bits and black in the adapter . The same grey bit I have in the headphone jack on TV . seems impossible to get all the speakers working on my TV . If I plug those bits in to square adapter how the hell do I then connect to TV
