So I know it's been 6 years and you're probably in a very different place in life now. I just wanted to say thanks. Learning this is difficult! There's lots of ethnicities in my industry (manufacturing) and navigating it can be tough. Hearing that there's not a one size fits all solution isn't something I hear too often, and it helps me be aware that different people have different sensitivities.
