LOVE
I love watching the city … when I wasn’t even alive it’s like nothing else these videos thank u
Too bad some of the soundtrack is warped, but maybe you'll find a cleaner soundtrack down the line.
Ok that weird looking gremlin type little dude dancing around the 3 minute mark is the freakiest thing I have ever seen. NYC was definitely a crazy place back then - wow !!! Nightmare material
The old photographs of the early 1900's!! WoW
Was the music that starts at 2:47 made for this documentary? Who is it?? Too cool.
Yes. Von Cello is the composer
@@thesoundcouncil3771 WoW!! Is there a way to hear any more of this Von Cello's music? Any record releases? I buy records. Im watching the other documentaries you put up. I watched the one about the dry cleaners and now watching the footage of Miguel Piñero. It is golden footage, and l still am in amazement of this platform we have, called You Tube. Thank you so much for sharing and keep up the good work.
Seems like yesterday
my stomping grounds in the late 70s
@@user-ex9zm7bg3x Me too my man. Me too.
@@user-ex9zm7bg3x Times were so much better back then. The cops were cool as hell, and there were not so many tourists, and NO cell phones and stupid ass selfies. I was just a teen, but learned about people and life, NYC style.
Le Sex Shoppe
Wow this is incredible. I wonder what’s become of him
Wow ! PAC-MAN and hookers on 42nd Street !! (Andrew Dice Clay loved it !!!)
Sliwa for Governor!
Curtis is a king 👑
The good ole days...
Yes!! xx
Thanks for this treasure!
In 1983, I was a Jr in high school in Manhattan. Times Square was our playground. It was raw, gritty, dangerous and very very exciting. Thanks for the memories.
I saw the same thing in Hollywood
I'm right there with ya bro
You could see strippers in some of the shops
