the "contacts" you touch on the battery are called by JVC: terminals! Who the hell knows what a terminal is unless you walk through one on the airport??? You should explain all that! Then suddenly the "viewfinder" becomes the "eye-cup", lol. You are not a teacher but you try your very best. ON button: The "green light comes on" very late - you should mention that, because people will slide and then try again and again, thinking they do something wrong. Then you point to the tiny LCD screen instead of taking a close-up shot of the half you want to emphasize (left top)! Those are all mistakes a teacher would not make. I am aware that a close-up shot requires a second camera and probably re-adjustments of the tripod, sir. But you are a producer of a tutorial - that must be worth your efforts. It took me minutes to figure out how that tiny card slides into the first slot. There is a "cut corner". Not only do you hold the SD card with the label facing the front of the camera (that still leaves one wrong way available) you must insist that the "cut corner is on top" not on the bottom. You ignore that. Besides: if you demonstrate something (like sliding the SD card in) NEVER COVER THE ACTION WITH YOUR HAND. I know you must "turn the camera to make the action visible! You continue with "the red light comes on". I bet 90% of your students now look at the light you mentioned when starting the camera --- but you talking about the light under the SD slot!
