I can’t wait to try mi compa chava 😋
When in Mexico , you must order a LONG EXPRESSSO or a very short AMERICANO DIRECTO , if you want the creamy foamy texture on top of your americano , then I order plain hot water on the side … lol 🤣 . I’m Mexican but I like a consistent deep foamy americano . 😅
that burrata salad looks amazing with all the colors!
yess was so yummy, one of my fave summer eats 😋
The next time you come to the city, go to the Zócalo and the center; you can use the Metrobus or Metro to get there. There's so much more to see in the city, so please venture out of Roma and Condesa. And stop saying that is cheap jaja it's not cheap for mexicans lol. Greetings!
thank you for the rec! definitely want to venture out of condesa and roma norte. Noted about the other comment, thanks for the feedback!
@ Yeji : Nice video but , please don't say the word so chip it doesn't sound.good , you are not doing Mexican people that in Mexico any favors , I understand that that ward isn't bad for you but by doing that the people that are living in the city suffer the consequences because you say everything is chip , for them is so hard because they are earning pesos not dollars when come to Mexico isn't hard for you because some how you are handling dollars and everything seems to be chip but not for the people that live there , if the prices go up is because of you guys , so please don't do that !!!
ah thanks for the feedback and the background/context - I understand what you mean and will definitely reflect on it going forward!
Ve a Iztapalapa bb
Why are you so cute!!! ❤
hehe love u 💗💗
I love my yjk ceramics 🥰 and the packaging is so thoughtful!!!
awww hing thank you for the love 🥹💗
I’m going to there for the first time in 8 days I was worried abt the weather not being that great this time of month was this in August?
hi! noo this was actually a few months ago - asked my nola friend and she said it’s usually hot and humid and maybe rainy 🥲 hopefully it’s not too bad when you’re there though!
Those feels when you’ve been in the wine industry for too many years… broadbent vinho verde, great choice for warm weather!
yes! it was so perfect for the weather 🫶🏻🫶🏻
oh wow, another vlog of the same tourist attractions and neighbourhoods.
When people visit countries in this world, they tend to gravitate towards the nice and tourist places in that particular city not the dangerous ghettos.Every country has both.
Shut up with the OMG CDMX is so cheap, STOP IT is unaffordable for us to live here
The police you saw are called “granaderos” and they are there to fight against people with street vendors in the Centro, near to Bellas Artes because it is supposedly ilegal for them to be there. It gets pretty rude sometimes so it’s better to leave the area when you see them.
woah so interesting, thank you for the context!! 😮
cenando sandía en el día uno x.x
omg in what month was this filmed? so beautiful!
this was in late october! nyc is so pretty in the fall~ :)
Omg, this vlog was soooo pretty 🥹 definitely think next time you should go to other places, because yeah, you just scratched the surface of a reeeeally BIG city. But I loved your editing, the photos were gorgeous! And overall I'm happy to see you enjoyed your time there, which is the most important. Also loveeee your choice of music, Epidemic sound I reckon 😉✨️ You made me feel how much I miss my city 🥹🥺🤍 And girl, the places you haven't seen yet!! Hope you make another trip to Mexico city!
aww thank you so much for the kind words, means so much to me 🥹🫶🏻 and yes I definitely need to go back and visit again - let me know if you have any recs for must visit places!
I like your vlog style - not talking all the time and being vain. Cute girlies
thank youu 💗💗
That house is the Casa Prieto, built by Luis Barragán, but it is not the Casa Estudio. This house is in Jardines del Pedregal, very far from the Studio House that is in Colonia San Miguel Chapultepec.
That house is NOT the Luis Barragán Studio House.
Nice video, super food, it looks really yummi. Also the music so good. Congratulations: beauty landscape + beatiful girls = succesful.😍❤
It hurts to see videos like this, girl, you got scammed, you got the watered down gringo version of mexico, you need better recommendations next time
Addittionally, that is neither fuente de cibeles nor casa estudio luis Barragan 😭
ahh i know i definitely barely scratched the surface 😭 - lmk where to go next time!! always looking for recs :)
OMG! I live here and always try to avoid street food as much as possible, BUT your video makes me so hyped for gorditas. Now I have to go get one! 😅
Amazing video!
Very nice videography, however it’s very hard to READ the white text on the bottom 😢😢😢😢
thanks for the feedback - noted for next time!! :)
im getting jittery seeing how many coffee spots you guys hit up lol!
hahah overdid it on the caffeine but couldn’t help it, too many good cafe spots 🫠
Wow loved seeing these snippets of CDMX! Super helpful!
Next time you go to Mexico City ask for “cafe de hoya”, it’s delicious. Americanos are an American thing so it’s not their best drinks, cafe de hoya is authentic
olla.....
ooh noted, ty!!
@yejiyaaah yesss, I definitely recommend trying café de olla, it's sweet, but like the perfect sweet, not too overwhelming, not to dull. For me it's like a "nice warm hug/cuddle". It's my all time favourite whenever I go out to eat 💗✨️
Me gusto mucho el video 😊❤, me gustaria saber si las fotos las tomaste con teléfono o camara, saber con que y como las editaste💕💕
i took the photos with my fujifilmx100v with the simulations in the camera!! love this camera, highly recommend
Nice vlog! Could you recommend your private driver to Pyramids?
hi! i booked it on getyourguide.com and it was this one: From Mexico City: Teotihuacan Pyramids with Water and Snack 2 Adults (Age 0 - 99) • English • 5 hours MXN 1,800.00 they contacted me to coordinate a pick up time too! i believe the website has different tour groups with different experiences but they all should operate similarly to the one mentioned above~
I just discovered your channel and subscribed right away! Would love if you could share your x100v recipes when you have a chance 🥹
thanks so much! haha not sure how to share the recipe but this is what i have: - classic chrome - grain effect: strong small - color chrome effect: strong - dynamic range: 400DR - tone curve: H0 S-2 - color +2 - sharpness -2 - noise reduction -4 - clarity -2 hope that’s helpful~
@@yejiyaaahSO helpful thank you so much, loving your vlogs 🥹
Loved this video so much! Your footage and editing is amazing! made me even more hyped for my trip to Mexico next week <3
What is your friend wearing for the gullermo tovar part of the video. The top and the skirt where is it from?
Bummer not to see any traditional restaurants, only gentrified spots :(
ahh i know, i need to go back - let me know some of your favorites! I definitely want to try the traditional restaurants next time
@@yejiyaaahGo to mercados to eat
Wow CDMX looks beautiful! I'm going soon and this made me even more excited to go. Also thanks for putting all the places you visited in the description 😊 super helpful and that's amazing you all were able to do so much in only a few days!
aww hope you enjoy mexico city!
I loved your video. It's about the subject, Mexico City and not about yourself. Thank you ...
I miss so much my city!!
Although it's nice that people are interested in visiting Mexico City, it also saddens me that everyone pretty much goes to exact same places, and it's rare that they adventure themselves out of the same three neighborhoods, Roma, Condesa, Juárez. Nice, clean, gentrified neighborhoods that really don't represent the city. Mexico City is HUGE, with exciting cultural heritage, and lots of places to visit.
No se de qué te quejas, dejala que disfruten de la ciudad. There are so many videos of people visiting other parts of Mexico.
De seguro eres pocho...
agreed cdmx is hugeee - please lmk other places you recommend! hoping to go back sometime soon and explore the other aspects of cdmx i missed this time around~
Yes but it's also super dangerous for anyone that looks remotely foreign, so let's be realistic for a second.
What other neighborhoods do you recommend?
Yes
Another great video of Mexico City. I have been to those pyramids when I was 19 so beautiful. Thank u for sharing 😊
Such a cool video ! I’m from Mexico City and I just want to recommend you that the next time you come, you should totally try some street tacos, taco shops like Oricono and Califa are kinda overrated and also very expensive !
thanks so much! could you recommend where to grab street tacos/food? definitely want to go back and try more of the authentic tacos & food 💗💗
🤭 'Promo SM'
Planning a trip there now because of this vlog! Soo good
Cool video! Just curious, those Melon pan/pineapple bun looking pastry that has color green on top of it , it was in a acouple of bakeries in your video, was that Matcha or Pistachio? ... It really depends on what country you are in, if that was in Itally, it is most likely pistachio, if it was in Japan or even here in Canada, most of the time it is Matcha/Green Tea. Your video is amazing! I love to travel and travelled a lot the past several years, and seeing your video, makes me wish I thought of the same format as yours, because I am introvert and I can't do what the typical travel vlogs in TH-cam , and in this format, I probably have started a TH-cam channel a decade or so ago!
thanks so much for watching! i believe the melon pan were actually matcha :) aww its never too late to start to just documenting small moments and compiling them~ looking forward to your travel videos!
Very nice vid !
thank you!! 🤎🤎
Can you tell me how and where you booked the pyramid tour? please.
hi! i booked it on getyourguide.com and it was this one: From Mexico City: Teotihuacan Pyramids with Water and Snack 2 Adults (Age 0 - 99) • English • 5 hours MXN 1,800.00 they contacted me to coordinate a pick up time too! i believe the website has different tour groups with different experiences but they all should operate similarly to the one mentioned above~
I went to Hule because of you. Thanks, Yeji!
aww yay! Thanks for watching hehe ✨✨
