A pilot needs 1200 hours of flying experience & PR to work for an airline in Canada, and by the time someone gains that much experience they 99% of the times get PR. This stupid rule is the reason why there is actually a shortage of airline pilots in Canada. On contrary, India definitely has the one of the fastest processes, to become an airline pilot.
