As a general rule, if you can find something that moves, you can find a person that wants to fuck it. Just as Poe says, even if that movement is on four wheels, it's fair game. You've mentioned stories of Japanese fishermen fucking the fish they catch, and you're somehow surprised that people want to fuck the cool lizard from the videogame? As for the question you pose, why wouldn't they? They are plainly *cool*, and that's hard to beat. But the simple dirtiness of the wasteland is appealing to some, and Deathclaws are a perfect culmination of that: their size, their color, their claws, and not to mention that terrible maw. Deathclaws are, in a sense, representative of becoming utterly primal. They are Tyler fucking Durden reincarnated as a lizard. They're colored brown to a brown world, a world which has foregone all societal, refined reason in favor of something far more simple, far more *primal*. They are a break from all care, a complete release of all one's pent-up energy unto the world. Is that not attractive in the slightest bit? Each man has his own vice, I suppose.
