For me it works very good to keep cleaned the space between tiles from the floor, for the stove, for the sink but my stuff are not so dirty and greasy cause i maintain them as clean as i can already but daily 😊 And do not no need demineralized water since u have instruction how to clean it periodically with filling the tank wwith water and vinegar proportion 2 water and 1 vinegar and let it inside for 24 hours of course unplugged all the time and after these 24 hours just empty it and rinse it with tap water few times and now u r good to go (do this each time u see that the power of the steam is weaker); and if u know how to read a guide that means all the infos from there u will discover also that the round brush with the white cloth are for ceramic and cement surfaces not metal/ stainless steel. Gosh I wish everybody can aread the guide to each appliance they wanna use and that has to be before use that appliance and it will function properly and u will have it that way for many years to come.

The backlight is also a hold button , so if your in a cramped place and can't see the reading , it will hold it on the screen until you remove it.
