@joachimmencke4804 that's really good. I had 6.75 until my last like 10 runs couldn't buy normal rng, and I didn't get a lot of dks until recently, but they got unlucky. I feel the late game turns are shorter than they used to be and I've left wins on the table to the rope. Working on seeing the plays and doing things faster, hard when alot of the cards still feel new from my break.

@@GamingGuy0091 Yeah i got 12 runs dk out of 40 and 7 of those 12 runs where 12 wins. So dk is very broken right now.

@joachimmencke4804 I've done 35 runs and had 5 or 6 dk only, i think. Gotta look at my spreadsheet. None of them went 12, though. I always get capped at 9-11. Definitely can be playing better.

@FluxFreeman you're welcome. Consistently is really hard in this meta, but I can definitely help you improve. A lot of people make similar mistakes both in drafting and in gameplay.

@heroheng3840 That depends on your deck and hero, and what cards you are being offered. Sometimes I play minion heavy decks sometimes spell heavy. In general, though, you want like 20 minions 10 spells as a guide, but depending on the deck you can win with more or less than this ratio.

@chill3710 The pick analysis comes from the app Firestone with works with Arena tracker. I have both. I use the Patreon version of Firestone 4.99 a month to get all the stats. The free version shows you them in game stuff after mulligan and just the stats of the 1st pick I believe. I think Arena tracker shows you the HSR replay stats for every pick for free if I remember right. Firestone uses multi source decks and does analysis of your current deck to give you a better recommendation than just on which card is picked most alone. I hope all that makes sense and helps you.

@GamingGuy0091 I know and I have the app downloaded but I can't find where I can enable to see the winrates of cards while in draft in game. I see it in arena videos but I dont know how to set it.

@chill3710 do you see the info on your first pick of the draft? You can modify your Arena settings in the app by hitting the settings wheel and going to the Arena tab

@chill3710 If it shows for the first pick and then locks, you have the right settings and have to buy the patreon version for the other 29

@ryansturm9020 thanks for the feedback. Part of my struggles from my 3 year break is not knowing card names that period well. I am starting to know most of the ones in Arena well enough to know name AND what they do, lol. I'll try to remember to use names of cards more, especially on the important cards!

@ABit2Hot Most of my good runs have been with dk, priest, and hunter. If you're experienced enough you can capitalized on using a lower winrate class like druid. I did that in the past when I had a very good read on the meta. If you highroll the bottom classes they can also go 12. On my bad runs 3-5 wins I saw a lot of druid. If you continue to get good results with it that's great and maybe I'll give it a try. These are early stats based on all players maybe shaman will continue to fall and druid will rise like you said.

@danielmoore1077 thanks for the idea. I have a draft video in this Playlist, but I don't talk about the results because I did the run after the video. I like your idea and I'll probably include short clip examples from the run or runs too. I'd either do one or 2 runs.

@danielmoore1077 that's awesome. I like chess too I used to be pretty good I think like 1500 rating when I played every day for like 4 months. I play a bit now but suck like 500 lol. I've been top like 0.1% in this game, halo, wow etc. And every time I used this method to improve. Atm my results now are not nearly as good but I will continue to improve again utilizing these methods like I did in the past. My next video I'm making will have more ways to identify your mistakes and improve and I'm going to add all of these type of videos to an improve at HS Playlist. @danielmoore1077 thanks I stream around the same time frame 3 to 4 days a week my next one will be tomorrow. Drop a sub so you can see when I'm live. 5 30-6pm to 10 30pm HST are my hours I stream since I work full time during the day.

I made another video helping you improve that was more to do with gameplay decisions. You can also watch my livestreams and ask me questions there or join my discord to talk to me offline more. My winrate was much higher in previous metas than this one it's rough. Rogue is best with mage or shaman atm. The bots don't play arena they farm gold to sell powerful decks online to people. It is still prevalent but not as common as it was like 5 months ago. It's probably your draft and gameplay most likely. There are a lot of gotcha cards like huddle up that are just super winning from no advantage that makes this meta very hard

@Casual_ND The best players in the world have missplays in their games. No one plays this game "perfect". Identifying them is the point of improvement. Anyone telling you otherwise is being fake. I chose this match because it has a lot of swing turns. My livestream content is where I review mostly my plays but also my opponents live. Any competitive players that's actually honest with themselves should find mistakes with their gameplay if they do a real deep dive into their gameplay. If you do not, then you are not serious about improving. I was in the semi professional Halo scene and played against professional teams and that's what they and their coaches did. Also what Lifecoach did a professional gambler, then HS player with extremely high winrate from long time ago. It's not very helpful if I don't discuss all the lines at important parts and "act" like I'm playing perfectly because it's youtube. Any game I chose from myself I should do this otherwise it's not a critique it's just fluff. The mic I agree and if I grow my audience I will buy one for sure. I have filters because my tiny place is hot and I have my fan close to me so I have them to block out fan noise. Sorry the audio can't be better right now. The main point is seriously critique yourself in your games and you will improve.

@Casual_ND Sorry for novel lol. Basically it can be condensed to when you stop trying to improve you plateau. If I make another video like this I'll use a different player to not have the bottom crap popping up. Hopefully I can buy a new mic in the future. Thanks again for the feedback!

@liammillard1046 I think hunter is best as aggro/tempo with control being possible but harder to pull off. My S tier cards for Hunter are Bloodseeker, Workhorse, Mountainbear, Patchworkpals, Furious Fowls, Monkey business (better than I thought 95 rating S-), and Hydralon. The other cards on the great list are pretty good but I think in the win even harder category. I like contest and tempo cards more. Sorry I accidentally skipped it in the video. Monkey business is kind of win more too but cheap spells have many flexible uses as well.

Hey Mate, thanks so I didn't end up getting too much traction on this to finish uploading it on TH-cam. I did try this about 3 times at different points in my life, usually during the summer when I have more free time. The furthest I even got was 3 promotions under 1 contract, but Maidenhead would never resign me because I was "too" good. They basically would tell me that they couldn't afford to keep me which I thought was kind of bs. I then got offers to coach from the league above, but lost interest because I wanted to take Maidenhead to the Premier League and win. In the lower leagues if you just focus on taking high athletics scores and training fundamentals with a basic and simple scheme you should pretty much dominate if you don't get too unlucky. I haven't played in years and sorry for responding much later, been busy with life finishing university, getting a job, etc. Cheers and good luck to ya!

For same reason (free time issue) I got back to CM 01/02, game runs much faster, great match engine and bunch of different data updates that you can play, oldest one is season 1984-85 until the last 2023-24 season which is crazy. Game runs fast so you can finish a season in a day, which is a great advantage over FM. Good luck to you as well!

Live it was like 1hr 45min ignoring queue times. My quickest 12 is with aggro hunter like 70mins. By ya i dunno what the speedrun record would be of a 12 win Arena.

I put a lot of effort into editing my own videos to shorten my runs into a more youtube friendly length. I cut out all the thinking times by my opponent, and queue times. I think this run was probably about 2hrs 15mins in real time. maybe 2hrs 30mins, but not a great length for the algorithm.

Good idea. I am going a bit slower on my drafts now after refining my drafting strategy a bit. I could make a sepearate video just doing draft analysis/tips too. When you play arena a lot certain cards are Auto picks but people might want to know why.

But seeing the synergies and potential of the cards and what holes your deck currently has is a big part of it.

I actually already made a video that goes into great detail about drafting advice and goes in depth into 2 different drafts. Sorry I missed your comment. Still figuring out how to TH-cam better. I like the 3070 buy, but I wanted to be able to do 4k gaming content. Unfortunately my 3080 has been having issues. I hope your 3070 is working well! Definitely the smart economical purchase :) .

@@samsonhinds7953 I doubt it. A lot of people are having the same issues as me. I think it's more likely that NVIDIA hasn't made a good driver yet than they sent out a ton of defective cards.

I have just installed Hearthstone gaming wise. I had to setup my stuff for streaming and youtube editing which is done. Finally got my about on twitch looking professional too. Have stuff for school as well. Games I'm gonna play for now are Hearthstone and Red Dead 2 and i'll decide what my secondary game will be after I beat Red Dead 2. I'm thinking either Doom Eternal, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, or PUBG. Haven't decided yet. I play Red Dead 2 on my Xbox which is hooked up to one of my dual monitors too.

Also at some point I'm gonna fly planes around with real time data in Flight Simulator. If enough people watch my D2 run through and want me to come back to it I could come back to that game at some point in the future, but definitely been wanting to beat Red Dead 2 for over a year :) .

Ya it didn't feel right when i died bnet caught up with me :(
