Sorry disagree with this woke theology that spreads racism not heal them! Change built on lies is not progress. These readings like White Fragility has many false claims and very bad history! Yes racism is out there but not as big as people think. As Dr Thomas Sewell points out, he does his research, in his book Black Red Necks and White Liberals culture and blind copying our the key things to focus on. Now if you true racism find a way to heal it or bring attention to it.

Creativity permeates my life and always has. I began writing poetry as a child, playing piano and violin, dancing (ballet and contemporary/jazz). Later, I wrote articles in the school newspaper. As an adult, my explorations included creating collages, designing and facilitating workshops to co-create resilience with clients, and indulging in photography. One aspect of creativity that remains less obviously defined is my ability to address conflict in relationships in a respectful manner. This skill developed from paying attention to lessons in co-counseling, non-violent communication, and empathic listening. I too believe that creativity extends beyond the arts and into problem solving and crossword puzzles and fixing appliances and sewing and so on...

Slowing down to notice how much there is to absorb and to which to dedicate our attention! Paying attention, making mindful choices that reflect light upon the abundant facets of experience, participating in the whole of life nourishes the spirit.

Andrea! You are awesome!! Words will do you no justice. You inspire, though truly that is not your motivation, but more a natural by-product of your infectiousness, coupled with your evolution and transparency. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that I hope to be like you when I grow up.
