Best lap - 1:56.175 on Lap 6 - @9:47 My dad's 6th session at Donington Park on the 27th May 2024 riding his BMW S1000XR on Pirelli Rosso III tyres. Camera position not the best! Didn't do the GoPro thumb screw up enough! Managed to avoid the rain for pretty much the whole day so were both chuffed about that.

Best lap - 1:52.901 on Lap 5 - @9:39 My 2nd session at Donington Park on the 27th May 2024 riding my stock Yamaha R6 2005 on Pirelli Rosso Corsa IV tyres (couldn't fault the tyres). Riding in the intermediate group. Had an instructor this session and was trying my best to stay with the other rider-instructor duo. Had a great day and managed to avoid the rain for the most part!

Best Lap - 2:04.564 @10:47 - Intermediate Group - 03/05/23 My third time at Oulton, first time in inters, had a cracking day. Hardly any people booked on so had a relatively quiet track. Best lap @3:58 a 1:50.296. My Dad's last session at Brand Hatch GP circuit. First time on this track so took a bit of getting used to. Riding a BMW S1000RR on Pirelli Supercorsa II's. Thought I'd make a little lap comparison between me and my dad. Both of us have been striving to get a sub 2 minute lap at Donington Park. My dad's riding a '16 BMW S1000RR and after my R6 packed it in on the first session, I managed to get back for the afternoon sessions riding on my dad's '99 Yamaha R1. You'll have to excuse the bug that landed right on the lens midway through the lap!

Next time your dad changes tires, I would put on Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa instead. You get less miles than the Rosso but worth it on that BMW. That bike is an absolute track weapon. When he is done with track days I hope he gives it to you. Your r6 is beautiful too.
Ah we both changed our tyres before the track day and he went for the Rosso III's as he's got a few trips to Spain planned and needed the mileage out of the tyre. Said he regretted it on the day though was proper squirrelly coming out of the corners. He's had supercorsas previous and they are brilliant, but they don't half run out quick! haha

Your just slow Jesus as If you didn’t take it over a ton on the striaght easy 130 even on a 400. 70 under the bridge. Get that throttle open nearly coming to a stop for the bends get your knee down

Nice onboard bro, and regarding your shifting till 14k RPM I feel you.. sometimes it hurts to push the bike to rev limiter, I have same r6 and i do care about the engine a lot, that's why I don't always push it to rev limiter

What tyres are you on mate?
I was on Dunlop sportsmart mk3’s, couldn’t recommend them enough didn’t have a single moment on them. I need something for road and track and these were perfect

@@jasonfourie3714 switch gps on on the cam, and download the windows app racerender, that does all the overlays when you import the footage
