i'm in a similar situation. ive been training for almost a year, 'won' my first fight and have my next one set for December. Very often I get into these self doubt moments as I also have dreams of getting the the UFC but question if my efforts are worth it or if im just waisting my time and money. One thing I do that works more often than not is "Is this meant for me? I don't know but I am exciting to try. As long as I try and give it my all I am pleased with the outcome".
maybe you can go pro maybe you can't, nonetheless if thats what you want, refine your techniques, kicks are really good, but look at some convetionally boxing, your footwork is a bit stiif, pacing is okay, but if you have good cardio use it, be more snappy, and also get a figth iq or sense for striking and wreslting, like for example if you notice someone shells up when you through a certain shot you should front kick them or knee them, details, its all details, like thats what makes these top fighters so succesfful. Analyze certain tednecies and develop a feel for them.

are the venum bag gloves 12oz? do you have any sparring videos (full rounds) with similiar sized opponents with both wearing 16oz gloves?
Bag gloves are 16oz. Not currently. Will record some for sure :)
Have you set goals for yourself in your training and competition? usually people who end up on a rut like this in my experience are just giving up/doubting themselves and the future they are going to have in combat sports.
Great question! Might be unclear, even tho the footage of mma im not really talking about goals in that space. But what you are mentioning regarding doubt etc is accurate. I will update soon.

Man, you are insanely strong. 11 x 100 kg equals an estimated 1 RM of approximately 136 KG. If you did 330 LBS for 1 rep, you didn't get that much weaker. Best of luck.

what does your strength and conditioning workout look out for the overall week? do you do this session like 3 times a week?
@@jamescarter-x3p naah currently more like once a week and then mma 5 times a week. Could post the exact schedule when i got something figured out :) The compound is soley for keeping some muscle gains, then speed is the rest

@@hussamabdallah445 10 / 20% fat. 20% is much better in my opinion, tastier and the fat is needed since no carbs is consumed. Thanks for your comment🙏

@@hussamabdallah445 sounds good! Just be ready for a rough week uf your body is adapted to carbs and sugar. The detox could be harsh. Big respect for doin wrestling. The toughest training o them all imo!
PLEASE add vitamin C to your otherwise solid diet, or you will develop scurvy. 1 orange a day or 250 ml of orange juice should be more than enough. Bell peppers and other fruits are fine choices too. If you also throw in around 100 grams (weighted raw) of cooked spinach per day, you will optimize micronutrients with hardly any added calories and will be eating better than most professional athletes at that point. Look up Stan Efferdings' "Vertical Diet", its literally for elite athletes and you're already doing like 80% of it.
Youre right man! Currently ive been taking c vitamin supplement but the real deal is for sure better. Ive heard something about eggs covering every vitamins except c? Taking your advice to heart. Thanks!
