Her sparkling eyes shooting a glance at you from across the street. VROOOM!!! A car passes. The moment goes uninterruputed. Her hair, dancing in the wind... Her fingers gently tucking loose strands behind her ear in one clean, swift motion. Her mouth, barely open, as if preparing to say something... Two hearts beating as one. Faster. FASTER! I knew she was the one. She knew I was the one. So I rushed across ...HONK!...HONK! the street ...Beep! Took her hand in mine, and we ran! We ran as fast as the wind. The wind, blowing in our faces, wooshing and whirling, like the thoughts in my mind. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~§§§§§§§§§§~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Wait!...We go to the same school?!" My arm was getting tired, but it had a mind of its own. Slowly, I picked myself back up, and began my journey home in the other direction. One day, I had this gut feeling and flew up to San Fran. I knew it was hopeless, I would never find her. She's gone, really gone. In reality, it was just my way of coping: believing that somehow she would still be there, waiting for me after all these years, faithful as ever. Has it really been that long since we last saw each other? I walked around town, down to the pier and then back up. The sun had begun to set. And just when I thought of giving up, there she was, on the other side of the street, just like the fated day we first. A glimpse just out of reach... I turn my head to behold what seems like a scene in a dream. Her hair, dancing in the wind... There I saw her, an impossible encounter, just as beautiful as the day I first fell in love with her, walking hand in hand with another man.
