Thank you CTU for all you do!!! As a teacher at CPS, I am so proud of our union and all the work you do to empower and raise consciousness. Administration (school leaders and politicians) should support school staff, they are the ones who deal with the students and parents directly, not from Chicago but from my youthful experiences, teachers cut down on violence because things happening outside of school comes to the bldg and vise versa and not only taught those students, but in effect were motivational speakers and counselors of the parents

These are the people who create the CPS they can't do you expect these people to be able to run anything
