I'm starting to practice doing the bridge and this video really helped! Thanks c:
It also is great for EDS and is a fantastic tool to strengthen joints and ligaments to prevent or heal injury. The slower you can go the better. Pt trick for every day hip mobility.
I do enjoy holding the split squat, as one might do with a wall sit.
❤❤
Great ideas🎉
Just do elevated back bridges and you'll get it
Elevating your hands?
I like how people are positive in this comment section
It’s not very many but it’s very good form and range of motion. Try finishing off with scapular pull-ups ups (just retracting and engaging the shoulder blades and traps) until you can get 3, then 4, then 10. You got it bro 💪🏼
Decent form keep one leg behind the other knee to knee helps with balance an swinging so you don’t waste energy you got this keep up the good work. determination is key
Build strengtg Buddy!! Do strength workout, strength plays a huge role in flexibility
🦾🦾🦾
Definitely gonna try this
very helpful tips, and your not over weight dude. Honestly you look healthy. Keep up the good work.
Appreciate it!
Some very good exercises for runners there.
Excellent! Simple but effective!
Funny! I had this happen a while ago. I tried not to be happy that I reached my “goal weight” after being sick. I hope you’re feeling better now!
I am. Thanks!
good job. You have to start somewhere
Ain’t that the truth
Good job with the feet elevated side plank! I hope you’re finding great progress with your calisthenics workouts.
Thanks! The going is slow but sure.
You’re progressing so well!
I would suggest working on your seiza pose it will help u a lot and is what I am currently working on for my right ankle
I’ll try it out. Thanks
I might recruit some help for these Nordic curls. Such a good idea. :)
I tried these by hooking my feet under a cupboard in the kitchen but it was much less comfortable.
I could never do these 😂. I like seeing your inspiration to move fed with a lot of exercises. Subscribed.
Much appreciated!
Keep going! I found a great exercise for the ankles that uses toe raises and a tennis bal placed between the backs of your feet, kind of between your ankles. It gets my calves firing hard!
Sounds intense!
Nordic curls they are also called no?
Yes. I’ve heard it called the Nordic Hamstring Curl, too.
@@Minimumeffortnatto how do you build better form with these? Is there an easier version?
@@Niaz_S bending more at the waste makes it easier. Not going all the way down to the floor by using something like a couch is another strategy I’ve used.
Note to self. Move hips less when doing elephant walk.
