Yes, you need a small scale security check. Last time it takes me about 15 minutes, tell the staff if your transfer time is not enough, they will try to arrange for you....

The connecting bus travel time is real that long at night time, so you should prepare enough time of your transfer...... I will upload the 2nd part of this video after security check(checked, just 2-3 minutes more to arrive departure terminal).

Just checked, only 2 or 3 minutes more for walking to the terminal after security check......, so I post the 2nd part later on

Just read your message, In my video, a smaller scale and a much faster security check following afterwards(then enter terminal 3 restricted area/shopping mall/shop and departure gates, no immigration check), the staff will care urgent or not of your next flight (connecting flight), If you are urgent, show your air ticket then!!

For Terminal 4 bus gate at 2'35" For Terminal 3 bus gate at 2'47" Instructions signs also appears at 2'30"(2'21"-, and 1'38"-2'00")..... Terminal 4 buses seem different, but the buses gate near by

I landed at T5, walk 3-5min arrived the "free of charge" connecting buses in the video it takes 9 min, but actually about 10 as I paused out 1min buses slow or stop time, but it is for T5 to T3. If for T5 to T4, distance seem almost one time more.....so I believe it takes 15-19min.....so take care then, should have good time management

I'm rewatching my video...... T5 to T4 is another buses, for my buses, I forgotten to look back the bus will go... In my experience, other place may take a much longer time in security check of connecting flight for example Frankfurt and Amsterdam, For Amsterdam to London, the time is so tight that even I do not have time to record a short video....

1'28"-2'40", many people arrived there because of the closure of the metro service to the airport. Many of them arrived there by the free of charge replacement buses provided. I am 3hr earlier to the airport and want to take some videos in Hammersmith Station....therefore I have more buffer time than others here.....It is the first time I arrive at the airport by bus, I don't sure what the Terminal of the lift lobby is in the first few minutes and so sorry cannot help the family want to go Terminal 5 😅

Yes no need to pass through the Normal border control (which spends me 1.5hr 3pm to 4:30pm in a last new entry) But you still undergo a short and fast Heathrow security check, and everybody care you timing left for the connecting flight, it happens at the end of the video, but I cannot film it in this area, it cost less than half hr,(15-20 minutes in this video case)
