The GEROS Wood road-racing bicycle frame is made in New Zealand. All technical areas are CNC routed up to a very high precision.
How much does it weight ?
I got the weight down to 7.3 Kg.
That top tube to seat tube joint isn't going to hold. The tongue is cross grain and weak.
Top tube to seat tube has been OK. The problem has been the chain stay (as on the picture you put in). The cut in the middle of the tube made is too weak.

Very Nice!. What kind of glue did you use to get good resistance?
We use epoxy and on the areas which need additional support we do wrap them with carbon threats.
