@@OldManJenkins23 we've always poured our own piers😁made up our own pier rio cages. Most of the time poured our own footings and laid out our own slabs. We used to build a lot of tilt panel concrete factories with the company I was with. I'm one of the few carpenters I know who likes concrete except my back is well and truly stuffed these days so I just do little stuff

@@workinginnortherncanada ahh fair enough mate.i like the adjustable heads.I'm from south east Queensland Australia. We get some solid cyclones ( hurricanes) up north and the gold coast got the first tornado I've heard of here in my lifetime at Christmas. Im a 50 year old carpenter whose done a lot of different types of construction. I used to build relocating portable homes with a heavy duty steel I beam base on underneath. We had Axel's that could be bolted on or off and 6 truck tyres on each section. Once on site they would be wheeled in to place with a 4wd tractor. In some cases, We'd block those up with concrete blocks on a concrete footing and chain them down with chairs precast into the footings. It's always interesting to see new ideas and options. I wouldn't pack any food. They have everything you need there. It's more expensive yes but way cheaper than what the airlines will charge you for extra baggage.

Sorry I'm not in Nain right now but you're gonna love it there. The school looks really great. It's right downtown and the kid's parents come and get them for lunchtime. The whole town switches to snowmobiles in the winter! Call "Northern" store in Nain, they sell groceries and merchandise. Ask for the Grocery manager, they would be happy to accommodate you in any way possible. I heard they're getting a new airport in town as well? So Go North and go Naine!
