The most delicious apple base I have ever eaten, this soft and moist cake simply melts in your mouth. You will make this cake every day. Every time I make this cake for my family, they are amazed at how delicious isuggest you make this cake once and enjoy its unique taste with your family with a glass of tea or coffee in these cold days.
Ingredients
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
160 g sugar
80 ml oil
60 ml milk
80 g melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
280 g flour
Baking dish 24 cm
2 apples
Bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes
40 g melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Bake at 180C for 5 minutes

      There can be many reasons, such as the method of mixing the ingredients, sifting the flour, the temperature of the oven, the type of mold, you must beat the egg so much that it becomes creamy and elastic, and the flour must be sifted at least once, when the flour is added, it should be very little to the point of mixing. The ingredients should be mixed, the size of the mold should be such that the ingredients fill two-thirds of the mold, and most importantly, all the cake ingredients should be at room temperature😊
