I need inner rest its has been a rough 25 years i have made a hole lot of mistakes bud i learnd from them bud now my inner peace is disturb and i am feeling somany things that its confusion me where to go wich means i am stuck i want to better my self bud in a way i cant its weird bud the saddest thing is i know what it is bud i cant let my famili goe bud they are the ones ho brings me down everytime i m up and helping bud even my father brothers and sister are treating me like people they have dont respect for always talk to me in downseizing way you know what i mean ? And then everytile i hear someting. Like this and i would wish i would be somewhere else in a place where i am alone and ad peace because the feelings i have inside i dont want anyone else have to feel them in you hole life these feelings are so heavy and dark that its cost me so much effort and energie to even smile bud the smile is the cover up everybody always ask why you always smile its easy answer i dont want you tofeel the pain inside my body and while i am smiling i hope you forgot your pain to and stary smiling with me and take your pain Away bud in the real world it dozqnd work that way and thats is someting i must learn .. look to my self and to others bud i like to help people bud its the only things that brings my troubled thouts and misaunderstand feeling .

I guess this new generation of made up garbage is the thing. This is not zen music but a white guy on a flute playing nonsense to a single note drone which is so banal there are no words for this. Young people? Are totally filled by this I guess. The mindless tounge fluttering on the flute are killing my ears.
