So I found my childhood tape of postman pat. Its a bootleg (Obviously since it was bought in Bosnia) tape and It has seen better days. This is all I could get off the Tape before the tape was eaten and destroyed by my VCR. The intro was in English but the episode its self (From what I could remember) was in Bosnian
