This is really a special Case If you use Cosmic Ripples Normally you would use Crt rate 4 cost But If you have High Rolls Crt substats on 3-4 Echoes You may use Crit DMG along with bringing SK to make crit rate over 60% If your Crt DMG is 165 I think you need to find new Echoes with better substats (Normally People always farming for Double Crit Substats) If You just want to clear TOA 3 Stars I think 60% Crit rate and 200% Crit DMG is pretty enough

SK does not need to be built So you have almost a entire month to for farming the resources + Resources from 1.3 Event so I just spent those on 4* just that Bro you gonna have a ton of resources If you finish the 1.3 Event + Blackshore Maps www

For Summarize first Gaining Shorekeeper concerto for Outro then Quick Swaping between XY and Changli (XY Air attack for opening following with Changli skill then XY law of reign and swap back to changlii ) after doing for a while you need to start collecting SK concerto again for Outro so insert SK move set between XY Changli quick swapping (SK move set = skill+ 3BA + plunge attack then swap to others) until you get 3/4 concerto then Liberation + outro. Then start quick swaping again between your 2 dps I dont know this would help or not Im pretty bad in Explaination

Well S3 S5 and S6 of Sanhua is pretty huge boost to Her so Yeah I think the problem is Sequence you may need to raise her to at least S5 If you wanna use her as Main DPS and Sanhua S6 with your Cr/Crit DMG ratio gonna be blast Pretty sure

Just as everyone does .1 by 1 tuning If Def Is on first substats --Throw to rubbish If No crit on 1st-3rd Substats Discard . You need a lot Spare Echoes for that BTW Also I dont believe in Substats Manipulation Cult I think it base on luck
