Yes! It is a separate cable car from the one you take from the bottom of the hill up to Bana Hills. There are directions at Bana hills to guide you to the boarding area.

Hi there, no, you are not able to reach the hotel without the cable car. I would suggest you book a night stay in Da Nang city before heading to Bana Hills in the morning.

The cable car tickets (which is the entrance ticket to Ba Na Hills) are not included in the hotel price. You need to pay separately. Once you book the hotel, email the hotel directly and add that to your bill. The hotel offer a special (heavily discounted) price on the cable car tickets. Very unlikely you can check in before 2pm unless you have Accor elite status (Silver and above). They might allow you to drop your baggage at the hotel that's very likely.

Yes, indeed. This hotel is quite generous to Gold members. At check-in, just ask if you can get upgraded to a paragon view room as a Gold member, which is shown in the video.

It's worth it if you are able to book your StayPlus (free nights) 6-12 months in advance at a hotel that more than exceeds your annual Accor Plus membership fee (think destinations such as Maldives, Singapore, Australia). The dining benefit (up to 50% off) is icing on the cake. Occasionally, around the year, they do run 10% off promotions for Singapore Accor Plus Membership - you will be notified only if you have access to an Accor Plus agent (they'd contact you when there is a promotion). However, you are usually allowed to pay for an upgrade to a higher tier room on the booking portal (each hotel has a different paid upgrade policy - you can only tell on the booking portal - usually suites are included for the paid upgrade). If you hold Accor Gold, Platinum, or Diamond, the hotel will usually upgrade your room free of charge, subject to availability.

Hi @billc6762, no, I did not. It was part of the service recovery that I had encountered on my previous stay. I negotiated with the club manager, Ms Mapula, that if I book the basic club room on my next stay with BOGO, she will upgrade me to Ambassador Suite.
