I’ve been pretty fortunate with parents so far, other than language barriers. Reaching out individually is definitely harder for me than teaching a class.

I love how this shows what it takes to stay the course long term. I learned long ago that I’m at church to bless and give, not for my own pleasure. Obviously some elements are delightful, but my main goal is to have given what I have to others. I try to save enough energy to get my kids to bed first, but Wednesday nights are crash with my podcasts ASAP nights for sure. Don’t have any to add with the sensitive parent communication but I like your suggestion to run it by the pastor first. Sometimes I think the biggest thing I’m missing as an introvert is the ability to easily read people and adapt intuitively. This would explain both the draining and the discomfort with touchy situations

That’s way over my kids head

We have felt we are going to have red blue and purple and yarn and I have blue and purple pompom balls because they love those and I got some sequins and some sequins that look like diamonds some craft sticks going to get some like fake fur the felt is red purple and going to get blue we will have the kids lesson first and when I read through the Bible we will use our props and do really 2 activities at one time and try to go from exodus 25-30 I even looked up what color the stones were on the breast plate

I have a fun craft and a little activity we are going to do while I read the Bible story in a tent made from a sheet

I have been somewhat struggling with the lesson. God is so good!! He just led me to your object lesson; so today, I will be busy preparing the props for tomorrow evening's lesson. God also dwelling with them! Rev 21 Matt 24 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. Jesus said the Father is the only true God! John 17 3 And this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.
