Nach nur 3x Benutzen ist ein Kunststoff - Abgangsrohr an der Naht undicht. Leider ist die 2-jährige Garantie abgelaufen, daher erstmal notdürftige Reparatur mit Glasfaserspachtel. Kärcher ersetzt mir das Ersatzteil nicht auf Kulanz. Das Original Ersatzteil von Kärcher hat die Art. Nr. 5.964-110 Zum Öffnen des Gehäuses wird ein Torx-Schraubendreher benötigt. Es sind keine besonderen Fachkenntnis...

Nice I’m 69 now I had a Mattel Vroom bike when I was a kid. I think I was nine or 10. It was very cool and so much fun to play with.
I had this bike when I was 13, pretending to be Evel Knievel jumping ramps. I was able to recently restore a Bronco and made it into an Evel Knievel tribute bike with working Vroom motor.

My brother had one of these. I received an AMF 'Renegade' bicycle for my 12th birthday back in 1965, and my brother received a Mattel 'Vrooom' bike shortly thereafter. The 'motor sound' was really cool and it was the hit of the neighborhood.

Ich hatte glasfaserverstärkten Epoxydharz genommen, es hielt aber nicht lange. Ich habe dann ein verstärktes Ersatzteil (Link weiter unten in den Antworten) gekauft. Seitdem läuft der Kärcher ohne Probleme.

Mit welchen Schrauben ist das Gehäuse verschraubt? Sehen aus wie Innensechskant, aber meine sind entweder zu groß oder zu klein...
Das sind Torx-Schrauben. Am Besten ein Werkzeug in Form eines Schraubendrehers nehmen, denn die Schrauben sitzen tief in einer Senkung. Da kommt man mit einem Bit-Einsatz wohl nicht rein.
Das Gehäuse wird mit 7 Stück Torx T15 zusammengehalten.

Das ist Glasfaserspachtel, es hat aber nur notdürftig gehalten, es wurde wieder undicht. Ich habe jetzt dieses Ersatzteil eingebaut (Teile-Nr. 3042499OH) und alles funktioniert wieder einwandfrei : www.espares.de/hochdruckreiniger-hochdruckausgang-mit-klammer/product.pl?pid=5239744 Das Teil kommt aus Grossbritannien und hat eine Lieferzeit von ca. 2 Wochen. Es ist ein Serienfehler von Kärcher, siehe Bewertungen zu dem Gerät auf der Kärcher Homepage. Bei vielen Käufern nach nur wenig Benutzung. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass man dieses Ersatzteil nicht auf Kulanz bekommt.
