Since Alien X is already omnipotent, I would say that Ultimate Alien X, just has a higher power output. I'm getting this from MASTAR's Dragon Ball fan animation, where Grand Zeno's energy is being drained to quickly, so he can't use attacks since he doesn't have the energy. So even though he has unlimited power, his energy was being sucked up way too fast. So yeah, that's the way I see it since Alien X can't evolve beyond complete omnipotence. But also, since the ultimate evolution puts the Alien into a thousand year battle simulation to evolve them, Ultimate Alien X could also have better decision making capabilities to be able to make decisions a lot quicker and stuff, so he can fight better.

i like how people always debate "Alien X Can Go Ultimate and Alien X Can't Go Ultimate". Every Alien DNA simple in Codon Stream on Primus has Ultimate/Evolved Form but only when Evolution Function is Activated on Ultimatrix, since Celestialsapien DNA in within Codon Stream, so yeah Ultimate Alien X is fair game for existing, only reason why we haven't seen him in the show because the writers that it be silly idea, but like giving Infinity with more Infinity and beyond

Alien x cannot go ultimate even if ben tried to here's why, the ultimate transformations are just evolution of the specific species, the ultimatrix provides ultimate aliens by evolving those aliens, the biological evolution, like monkeys to humans, but alien x can't go ultimate bcz, celestial sapiens (alien x) species doesn't evolve they are the same for billions of years, even if ultimatrix fast forward their DNA they will look and work the same
