1 Peter 5:7 - - its like allowing God to be the captain of our boat. Maalon man, malalaki man ang mga alon o payapa man ang karagatan, ung KAPAYAPAAN na hatid nya ay di kayang ipaliwanag ng sinuman at di matutumbasan ng anuman ng mundo.
It is not easy to go through anxiety and depression which most of the time can result to mistakes and bad decisions in life but placing ourselves in the presence of God and having a deep and intimate relationship with Him provides calmness and peace that this world cannot offer. Acknowledging the issue in our mental state will not lessen us as a person but will provide us the courage to face and fight it. Surrendering this to God can bring sense of relief, reminding us always that our struggles matter to God and that He is always their to suport and uplift us.
