31:10 for the last problem when solving for the constant B you could have just plugged in a random value for x (I used 1) and the substitute the -1 for B and 0 for C and from there moving forward its just simple math that would lead you to the conclusion that B=0. PS: your method can still be used i was just saying a simpler way it could of been done.
