Most probably flying Indigo. In any case sufficient time for connecting flight on same PNR. After disembarking at Mumbai 1st immigration then baggage collection and then customs. After customs you will be at arrival hall,take elevator/escalator to departure level and recheck your baggage at airline check in/baggage drop and proceed to domestic security.

You should have shared flight details,ie airline ,same PNR ? If its on same PNR/Booking then very much possible,thats why airline sold this itinerary. If on separate PNR/Booking then depends upon multiple factors,airlines/terminal,traveling with check in baggage or only cabin baggage,but most of the case not possible.

At 2:50 ,i was without check in baggage so proceed directly to exit. And if aircraft is parked at remote bay and taken to terminal by bus then you will directly arrive at baggage area.

5 L allowed in domestic check in baggage,if its on same PNR and packed in seal back from Duty free then now a days its allowed in cabin baggage too (but rules not clear,its a grey area),after arriving at Mumbai confirm from CISF/Airline and then do accordingly.

You will get both boarding pass at Melbourne,Mumbai you have to go through immigration,collect baggage and then customs. After that you have to recheck your baggage at baggage transfer desk at arrivals (as you most probably be flying AirIndia) and then proceed to departure level for security and boarding. After that its a domestic flight,no formalities at Hyderabad.

Run as fast as you can,check in for international close 60 min before departure so you need to be at T2 check in counter before 10:45,T2 is just 5-7 min walk away from T1 plus 20-25 min to exit with baggage,pray arrival flight doesn’t get delayed.

If AirIndia offered this connection then yes. All check in formalities in Mumbai, will get both boarding pass at Mumbai. At Delhi there is a dedicated domestic to international transfer for such connection (can see in this video at 4:40. th-cam.com/video/wF3rX-IU-7U/w-d-xo.htmlsi=BQE9CK3EJTDKQl2K ) . This transfer have immigration and security only for such same PNR transits. As layover is just 90 min son for sure there would be AirIndia ground staff searching for such connecting passengers announcing the departure destinations, they will assist you .

Its tight but doable,as AirIndia sold this connection so its very much their responsibilities too to get you the connection. As baggage would be transferred by airlines and you will be having boarding pass have to go through security and immigration at Mumbai which is just ok,gate closes 25 min before departure so you have around 1 hr 10 min to reach gate. Any doubt connect to AirIndia staff at terminal.

You will go there immigration,baggage collection and customs,after customs you would be at arrival hall. At arrivals hall use elevator/escalator to departure,after reaching arrivals find Indigo domestic check in counter and check in for your domestic flight. Is 7:40 is check in close time (60 min before departure) for domestic? Practically speaking I won’t take this risk.Chennai airport is not so busy for International arrivals and T1 is just 2-3 min walk from T2 still its risky. Just checked history of your indigo flight and most days it landed on time (6:50-7:00) still it can easily take 10-15 (even 20) min to park and gate open,even you are first passenger to exit then 5 min to reach immigration (and if aircraft os parked in a remote bay then 10-15 min by bus) . After immigration 2-3 min to exit,after exit walk left direction towards T1,2 min to T1 arrival then another 3-4 min elevator to departure then entry and to check in counter. But if its emergency then I can only say best of luck. Be the first one to disembark and run as fast as possible.

Level -2 , after security check and before AFC Gate ,at Video 56 second. Recently they had started ticket vending machines just outside arrivall near pillar number 15-16 but can’t confirm right now they accept cash or only card.

Even for same PNR when its international to domestic connection have to do immigration and customs at port of entry which is Bombay for you. You have to go through immigration,then baggage collection and customs then change terminal and recheck at airline check in counter at departure terminal,

@travelwithmatloo Flight Virgin Atlantic: London to Delhi to Ahmedabad. I think its Indigo from Delhi Terminal 2.

If its same PNR then tight but doable when everything remains ideal and you need to be fast but if on separate pnr then better to change. Check in /baggage drop closes 60 min before departure so practically its almost impossible to reach on time but when on same PNR indigo can manage little late but if separate pnr then nothing can be done if reach after that. Can you share flight number and when traveling,I have little doubt about connection time when terminal change is required.

As Delhi Ahmedabad Indigo flight have VS code so its code share flight (Indigo 6E 2286) same PNR and connection is protected by airline . After disembarking at Delhi be fast to save last minute hassle. After getting baggage (or even before taking baggage when you reach baggage area) connect with Indigo ground staff. When Indigo booked this connection its very much their responsibility to get you to connecting flight. By any chance you miss there are multiple Indigo flights to Ahmedabad so won’t be an issue for them to rebook you in next flight. But personally as per my experience with Delhi airport airline should avoid booking such tight connections.

At New Delhi metro station don’t exit but follow the sign for yellow line metro,that metro will go to Old Delhi (2nd station) and Kashmiri gate (3rd Station).

Change domestic flight. Impossible ,check in for international closes 75 min before departure so check im for delta will close almost same time when you arrives at T2.

Yes your thinking is right,Terminal 1 is 8 km from Terminal 3.

Hyderabad have only one terminal. You will arrive at International arrivals,after immigration and custom you will have to exit the terminal and take elevator to departure level and recheck at Indigo check in counter .You won’t get battery car after baggage as you need to take elevator from outside. After exiting the terminal take right and take the first elevator you see. As its a big group of pilgrims contact Indigo staff after arrival and see what they can help.

Same PNR and domestic doable but you need to be fast,baggage would be transferred by airline and you would get both boarding pass at the time of check in at first airport so at Delhi you just need to disembark,exit T2,walk to T3,enter T3 and security ,boarding gate for flight close 25 minute before departure so you have little above 1 hr to reach,time is sufficient in normal circumstances,but its peak evening time at T3 so may be security little time taking. If possible use Digiytara,this will expedite terminal entry and security,as there is separate entry and security queue for Digiyatra passenger. After disembarking at T2 get in touch with Indigo staff if any doubt. Yes evening flight can delay also,morning and evening both are fog prone plus any aircraft which started getting delayed in morning continue to operate late .In general every aircraft have full day schedule to operate in different routes,if it get delayed in morning will continue to operate late in continuation unless Indigo operational control changed in in between.

Yes,its outside the terminal,only valid id proof is required. If you are planning to take bus from ISBT,Kashmiri gate then can use cloak room there too.

You can take it in seal bag provided by Duty free shop but do confirm latest rules after arriving Delhi,worst case you have to pack them in Check in bag after custom.

Yes thats mandatory to collect your baggage and clear custom at port of arrival which is Delhi for you. After customs you need to check in again at departure terminal which is T2 for you.

Alcohol bottle are not prohibited in check in baggage but as you are going to Gujrat do keep your receipt and Abu Dhabi to Delhi boarding pass handy. Still I will say confirm latest rules after arriving Delhi and prefer to take is as cabin baggage if possible.
