This is beautiful. I have a friend who did the camino and I am very jealous. I wich I was as brave as he is but I'm not. The sad part is that I just can't bring myself to visit the site as a regular tourist without doing the camino, so I haven't been able to go. I've been waisting too much time debating my conscience and it makes me feel ashamed of myself. PS You should correct the spelling, it should be COMPOSTELA.

What time of year... Bueno Camino

Dozens, if not hundreds of accounts of the camino(s) I have watched and read! This is the one that best gave a sense of the towns and countryside and ‘real people’. Thank you and congratulations!

Hi Nick, I saw Peasant play in London, maybe a decade ago. We had a chat after the show, and I think Damien persuaded me to buy a CD (that I already owned) because he was broke. He seemed like a nice guy, and when I found it very moving to read about his death a few years later. I'm sorry for your loss: he really did have a terrific gift, and it was a (bittersweet) pleasure to hear his songs again on this tribute.
