@@NoobMasterGamer2759 for races that only require 40% or less fuel there doesn't seem to be much of an advantage to splitting it up from my experience. Also, the pit doesn't always give you great options for refueling. I usually split it up for longer races when I know how many laps tires will last.

@@XboxWanKenobi Yes, there are cars that do not allow you to optimize your fuel tactics. I tested some things and got the results that a less fueled car can win a lot. But for the first time I hear that for races that only require 40% or less fuel there doesn't seem to be much of an advantage to splitting it up. Need to test it. It seems to me that with less fuel in this particular race you would have given him a fight at least in the first part of the race.

@@XboxWanKenobi Once I tested fuel and left the results on another channel. Here they are. Hackone track. The difference between a car fueled for 13 laps on hard and a car fueled for 7 laps on hard is 0.429-0.633 sec per lap (0.5 seconds on average). The difference between a car fueled for 13 laps on medium and a car fueled for 5 laps on medium is 0.250-0.325 sec per lap (0.3 seconds on average). And this is in clean conditions. In a fight, the picture will be different in favor of the less fueled car. Plus, this is a high-speed track. On chassis tracks the results can be even more significant. But I'm a casual player. There may be errors.

@@NoobMasterGamer2759 I think the biggest problem was the tune, it still wanted to understeer too much the whole race. I recorded this over a week ago. I've been able to tune it out in free play since then but just haven't had the time in MP to practice and dial it in for MP. With the 40%, I find that once you go over 40% the car can start to feel heavy and affect performance. I use to split up fuel for all races but my times were always about the same so I rarely do it for races that require 40% or less. If you find that splitting it up for shorter races is an advantage for some cars, please share.

@@XboxWanKenobi it would probably help if you had a bigger gab between the compounds. Idk they need to change something. Going medium medium as the strongest strategy in every race just sucks. Same for no stop hards on medium length races

@@CokefishR I'm not sure it's worth it just for single player. The AI isn't very good. I would recommend getting gamepass for a month and trying it that way. You should be able to find a deal for a month of gamepass and if you decide you want to buy it, having gamepass will give you a small discount.

@@XboxWanKenobi Thanks for the feedback. Part of me is frustrated because almost no racing games on PC support vibrating triggers on controller besides Forza, F1, WRC and DiRT. I want to buy a Direct Drive wheel, but they take up too much space.

@@Toe2Tow thanks bro! The Porsche is a tough car to tune if you want to be aggressive with reducing the rear aero for top speed and acceleration. I'm trying to find a way, it ran better than expected.

@@joshuaandres4550 this is a hard car to tune. JB's tune feels good on this car. The ForzaTune Pro default tune feels good as well. The FTP default tune uses rear aero so it will usually be more stable. I'm trying to get better at using FTP to create more aggressive tunes. Experimenting with tunes is my favorite part of the game. I haven't tried the ACC settings on Xbox yet. I bought it for PC also and tried it on PC. They didn't feel great on PC but neither did my previous settings. It feels much better on Xbox. The PC version physics engine is probably running at a much higher frequency and therefore needs different settings.

@@Nahbruvchill thanks dude! Each car feels different and I prefer the wheel to feel heavy. So I raise the force feedback scale per car if a car feels too light to me. If it's too light, it's harder to feel where the grip limit is IMO.

@@joshuaandres4550 😂 since this race I've been tweaking the tune for more turn in and currently have the steering lock at 70%. I haven't raced with Grimm and Erratic in a while. Weekend afternoons are usually not a good time for me.

@@NoobMasterGamer2759 yes, most of the time. I like using the ForzaTune Pro app but occasionally I will use someone else's tune. I'm usually good at adapting to a tune but I'm not great at knowing what I should do to get more out of a car. So I'm trying to get better at that. I still have a lot to learn but the app is really good at making tweaks, such as, adding more oversteer on turn in and stuff like that. I've learned a lot from it.
