If I may make a suggestion. MAYBE include WHAT town it's in.😐AND MAYBE a price. I KNOW you want a call but this would illuminate looky loos and people just looking in there price ranges. Calls from non potential buyers would be avoided. Just sayin.

Americans Build homes like Matchstick box, imagine how many trees been harvest to make one home, when there is Mortar, brick, concrete , ready and should be available. who invented this house building technic? we have to change this way of buildings, we are running out of trees, forests are burning Alarming rate. google it .it will shock you, Hello from Istanbul. in Turkey everything is concrete and Bricks accept window frames, but now even the window frames are metal, huge companies in Turkey manufacturing them, and homes are well insulated with Brick walls anyway, saves energy too.
if the tornado is an f4 or greater nothing is going to withstand the wind, dont care what is built from. Windows will break once the wind gets inside it demolishes everything. Our current home has a wind load design up to 120 MPH. These homes were hit directly and it was way higher than 120 MPH..sometimes they can be up too 300 MPH, demolishes steel and concrete buildings.
