You need to change the needle roller bearing in the selector. It should never have had a needle roller as that is not what they are designed to do. I replaced mine with a Gun Metal Phosphor Bronze bearing and it will be the last piece of metal still on the car, when everything else has returned to God! I am building up a repair kit which includes the bronze bearing, the seal and the bottom knuckle joint made from Ralloy. Between the two mods, the gear shift will never wear and never feel sloppy or vague again.

hi this is the best Yaris I have a 2009 1ndtv with fap filter, many problems the engine oil every time the Fap regenerates it fills with oil almost the bottom of the engine that of 2009 I do not recommend it as a car

hey Boss Any advice will be highly apretiated same transit as yours. It began with gear 2 taking 2 times to change sometimes. Now i get situations when at traffic light and can not change any gear some times and then after a minute or so after restarting engine and pressing gears and clutch it all works again. i happen few times a day on some days. Inside van nothing leaking arround pedals.
