One of the things I like about the correct LCU soundtrack of Indiana Jones is the jeep has a roaring engine
@@Weld513arc EXACTLY! In the Incorrect LCU, there are completely missing sounds from the track! And it’s noticeable, comparing the two!
They need to bring this back to the Disney parks
I actually prefer this version of Mara’s dialogue. The voice sounds deeper and more menacing and better without the silly laugh at the end.
Could you get all jack’s voice lines isolated?
I feel like Gordon’s distress call sounded more serious in this version

In the tunnel of torment it’s so weird that u still hear the door closing sound effect but the door dosent even close at all
@@Ryanrhino_08 that is an LCU Problem on how it’s Misplaced and still active, it’s unfortunate how they just let the audio sit and not be fixed back to its former glory…

@@nathancruz9172 if you notice, the original snake animatronic looks identical to the Dummy Snake that we had for awhile before the 2023 refurbishment when the snake was broken!

@@Lordenyt yes, it always had for over an entire decade. The LCU (The Soundtrack) has been broken for so long, that people think the incorrect LCU (Soundtrack) is the correct one. Which that isn’t the case… One of my all time best friends, X-S Bravo, made an entire video explaining this issue, and how it started!

Well, camera is quality back then weren’t as advanced as today’s, people had to use old fashion VHS Tape recorders. And besides, the ride has been changed so much that the movement for the Jeep then was extremely rough.
However there are some night vision videos from back then that you could probably see way more better for visuals that is, I’ll send the link if you are interested!

Truly a classic ride. After nearly 30 years of operation, Disneyland’s Indiana Jones still holds up to today’s standards. I wish the effects from opening day (such as the ice falling from the ceiling) were reimagined and brought back. Thanks for sharing this 😎
Thanks for watching! Of course, there are plenty of other effects broken as well. But overall, it’s still as fun today whenever you ride it. It’s an odd feeling you get, like you feel as if you are in another world, and you finally actually get to enjoy yourself.
@@LostDeltaStudios I’m definitely into the time period of Indiana Jones. The 1930s were an iconic time to be alive, and the jungle theming is just a cherry on top. Recently, I went for my college graduation, and there were a couple of new effects added to the ride. The most noticeable one is the addition of screens right before the blow dart room. I still missing shaking the rubber bamboo supports while waiting in line :(
@@retrocollector1999indeed, I am a little against on what Disney Imagineering has done to new/old rides, replacing original hard worked stuff that could be fixed, with lazy mapping projections, don’t get me wrong, Mapping projections are very entertaining! They’re just very over used..
What did Mara say when you get sent to the gates of doom? Never heard of that audio before
That’s an answer that I’ve been trying to uncover, but never could get the answer unfortunately. It’s very unknown to not just me but other Indy Nerds on this attraction, this is something that we’ve been trying to uncover for a long time, but we simply just can’t make out what he’s saying in this rare audio piece. There are theories surrounding this, but they all don’t simply match up with what he actually says.
It’s not just “infidels”? I went on this when I was a kid in 95’ and I remember that then and in 2004.
@@ModernFollyDa2nd the original line (which has now been omitted in the new update for years) could range from “No! Infidels! Foolish Mortals!” And then the “You looked into my eyes” regular dialogue. With this James Earl Jones sounds like he’s speaking in a mighty tiki god voice and not the wrathful vengeful Mara we all know and love plus with the different lines.
@@ModernFollyDa2ndWell, the vocals back then could vary differently depending on which Chamber you enter. For Eternal Youth it’s: “FOOLISH MORTALS! You looked into my eyes… Your path now now leads.. TO THE GATES OF DOOM! HA-HAHA!” For Earthly Riches it’s: “INFIDNELS! You looked into my eyes… Your path now leads.. TO THE GATES OF DOOM! HA-HAHA!” For Observatory of the Future it’s: “NO! For awhile I was thinking on doing a full remastered rehaul to the flashback scene from Halloween kills! With the original soundtrack instead of the new stuff! So it gives more of a call back vibe to the original!

Good point, as far as I know, I’m pretty sure universal wanted to go off of the studio tour’s Jaws sequence, yet this would be a “longer” version of it. It had a lot of potential with the soundtrack, but it unfortunately didn’t meet the same with the visuals. Of course, don’t get me wrong, some of the visuals are spectacular.
@@LostDeltaStudiosAbsolutely. Funnily enough, as empty as it is, a benefit it feeling so empty is it feels much more like the ocean. The revamped ride felt fuller, while at the same time felt too cramped. The music is a whole other thing too lol. Jaws is so weird for how either version is so similar yet so incredibly different to the other.
