Mercedes Benz 220 SEB Heckflosse
The Mercedes-Benz W111 was a chassis code given to a range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles produced between 1959 and 1971, including four-door saloons (1959-1968) and two-door coupés and cabriolets (1961-1971). Their bodywork featured distinctive tailfins that gave the models their Heckflosse nickname - German for "fintail".[3]
Introduced with a 2.2-litre inline 6-cylinder engine, the W111 spawned a pair of variant lines which bracketed it in 1961: downscale entry-level inline 4-cylinder engined vehicles sharing the W111 chassis and bodies, designated the W110; and the W112, a high-end luxury saloon built on the W111 chassis with its body but exclusive features, elaborate appointments, and the Mercedes-Benz 300d Adenauer's fuel-injected 3-litre M189 six-cylinder engine - at the time the company's largest.
Somewhat confusingly, both the W111 and W112 lines included vehicles with different Paul Bracq-designed bodywork, the 2-door coupé and cabriolet.

Wow , a stunning Citroen. These models are my favorite type of car. I have always liked them. I like the white wall tyres on it , makes it even nicer to look at.
Beautiful car however the hood is wrong (QV hood). I zoomed in on your video of the data and I think it was built in March of ‘82, the back of the car identifies it as a GTSi model, not a QV. The QV came out in ‘83 and had the louvered hood, I wonder if it was added later because it looks better…

Ich bin ein grosser Bertone Coupé Freund. Der Glas GT wirkt im Vergleich klarer, eben wie Lancias und Maseratis. Das Armaturenbrett ist traumhaft gestaltet. Dazu das filigrane Lenkrad. Ein herrliches Coupé in bester Tradition, Fahrgestell und Motor von Glas, Karosserie von Frua. Der Freistaat hätte wohl gut daran getan die 15 Mio Bürgschaft dem Hause Glas zu geben. Wir hätten dann noch einige mehr dieser aufregenden und zeitlosen Schönheiten. Aber wie kann ich anders als Rottaler ... :) Danke.
